Cement Concrete (1:2.5:5) - Grade M15 using 20 mm (0.54 cu.m) and 12 mm (0.36 cu.m) nominal size hard broken granite crushed metal from any source conforming to the relevant ISI standards for foundations etc., laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well compacted including curing, machine mixing, centring charges, cost and conveyance of all materials etc., complete.

Hire charges for centering and scaffolding - for RCC Vertical walls of plane surface (Rate is for both sides centering) including open drains. Note: - The Centering charges are for both the faces of the repective members. The measurement of centering charges shall be in "Sqm" for one face only and the centering charges given are for two faces of centering.

Demolition including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 100 metres lead - Brick work.

Supplying and fixing in position MS Tubes & Pipes of all diametres as per IS-1161 of approved design, including labour charges for fabricating and fixing, necessary cuttings, bending, welding, grinding and finishing smooth, including cost of welding rods, power charges, including painting two (2) coats with synthetic enamel paint grade-I, over a primary coat (Red oxide metal primer) {total three (3) coats} of approved make and colour including cost of making the holes in to RCC or masonry works and making good the same wherever necessary, including labour charges for fixing in position, cost and conveyance of all materials, incidental charges etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing in position MS Ornamental grills for windows and ventilators or for verandah openings using MS. Flats, square rods, angles sheets etc., of approved design including necessary cuttings, bending fabrication, welding, grinding and finishing smooth including painting the grills with two coats with Synthetic enamel paint grade-1 over a primary coat of red oxide metal primer {total three (3) coats} of approved make and colour including cost of making the holes into RCC or masonry works and making good the same wherever necessary, including cost and conveyance of all materials, incidental charges etc., complete.

Supply & fixing of Hot dipped Galvanized Iron Chain link mesh 8 gauge (4 mm) of size 2"X2" (50 mm X 50 mm) as per IS: 2721-2003 including cost and conveyance and all incidental charges, etc., complete as directed during execution. The chain link mesh shall have a zinc coating of type 'heavy' with mass of coating 290 gm/Sqm as per IS:4826-1979 (Reaffirmed 2001) Table.1. The mesh shall be provided with heavily coated galvanizede line wires of 4.50 dia. as given in Table.1 of IS:2721- 2003. The rate is including labour charges for fixing of GI Chain links and tying in position to the posts/ angles or supports with GI wire including the cost of the GI wire etc., complete as directed during execution and fixing with bolts and nuts to the angles.

Supply and fixing of Cement bonded pre-laminated particle boards aluminium glazed partitions using 10 mm Cement Bonded pre-laminated particle boards and 5.00 mm thick plain glass to full height. Using with LAM to a height of 0.91 meter at bottom panel and remaining height with glass and aluminium sections anodized to 12 to 15 microns and of sections of size 37 mm X 62 mm and 1.50 mm thickness with one meter centre to centre duly fixed with clip beading on both sides including fixing the frame to pillars by MS flats, bolts and nuts including cost and conveyance of all materials etc., complete as directed during execution.

Providing and fixing pre-cast concrete blocks (interlocking pavers) using not lessthan M40 grade paver blocks and thickness not less than 80 mm for medium traffic areas conforming to IS 15658-2006 of all shapes and designs as per the specification, over sand bed of 20 mm to 40 mm (30 mm average) thickness and compacting with vibrating plate compactor having 3 tonne compaction force there by forcing part of sand underneath to come up in between joints. Final compaction of paver surface to be done after spreading and brushing the fine sand into joints to its final level. The work includes cost of all materials such as interlocking pavers, sand etc., labour and equipments such as cutting machine, lift, loading & unloading to work site clearing, bringing required all materials for the successful completion of work as per drawings and technical specification clause 1504 MORD and as directed during execution by the Engineer-in- charge of the work.

Supply of Portable Cabin of size 30'X10'X8'-6" Dress changing rooms without furniture and without AC's including cost, loading, transportation, unloading, placing the same at specified place and all incidental charges etc., complete as directed during execution, with the following specification. All the structural components of Cabin shall be of Mild Steel except specified otherwise. Main Shell: Main fabrication of structural frame work shall be integral & all welded type and comprise of bottom frame, overall frame work, internal, external cladding with insulation and other peripherals. Sloping for self-draining roof and desired door-window, A/C openings etc. Bottom frame: - (a) Bottom frame alround: C Channels of size 100X50X4 mm (b) Bottom floor stiffeners: (i) 4 Nos. of size 80X40X2 mm box section along short span at suitable spacing, (ii) 10 Nos. of size 60X40X2 mm box section along short span at suitable spacing (in between above members) and (iii) 4 Nos. of size 60X40X2 mm box section along long span at suitable spacing.

Top frame: - (a) Top frame alround: Box section of size 60X40X1.60 mm (b) Top roof stiffeners: (i) 14 Nos. of size 30X30X1.20 mm box section Truss along short span at suitable spacing (with suitable vertical support), (ii) 5 Nos. of size 20X20X1.20 mm box section along long span at suitable spacing. Corner verticals: 4 Nos. of size 72X72X3 mm box section. Flooring: 18 mm thick Cement fiber/ Particle boards. Flooring mat: 1.50 mm thick Vinyl floor mat. Side walls: 1.20 mm thick MS Pressed steel vertical corrugated sheets, Insulation: 50 mm thick Glass wool/ Rock wool insulation for side walls and Inner paneling: 12 mm thick Pre laminated boards fixing with aluminum beading. Roof: 1.20 mm thick Plain GI sheets sloped roof to drain rain water properly, with suitable supports vertically. Inner roof: PVC Profile false ceiling with insulation. Door: MS Door of 30 mm thick filled with PU Foam and both sides will be painted with suitable color. Window: Double shutter aluminum sliding windows of thickness 1.20 mm with 4 mm thick glass for all windows with MS Grills and Mosquito Net. Painting: One coat of epoxy primer and one coat epoxy finish paint of color silver grey or half white.

Electrical: All wiring shall be concealed and shall be of PVC insulated copper wires of ISI quality, suitable for 240 volts, 50 HZ single phase AC power supply with MCB protection. Air conditioner point along with separate MCB of ISI Marked. Wiring shall be with 2.5 Sq mm for lights, fans, sockets, 4 Sq mm for AC’s/ Refrigerators and earthling wires 1 Sq mm

Supply of artificial grass mat 40 mm thick including transport charges, cost, conveyance and all incidental charges etc. complete as directed during execution.

Supply and fixing of precast RCC Park chair 3 seater made of not less than M35 Grade concrete and overall size 1,520 mm length, 840 mm height, bottom slab width 400 mm X 65 mm thickness, back resting slab thickness 50 mm and chair legs 75 mm thickness with the reinforcement steel for bottom slabs: 8 mm TMT Rod, 1,400 mm 4 Nos horizontally, 8 mm TMT Rod, 300 mm 6 Nos vertically. Top slab: 8 mm TMT Rod, 1,400 mm 3 Nos horizontally, 8 mm TMT Rod, 300 mm 6 Nos vertically. Reinforcement steel for legs: 8 mm TMT Rod with double matt bar bending fixing with 50X50 L-Angle and bolting of approved colors cost and conveyance of all material etc., complete as directed during execution.
