SITC of of LT, Cubicle Type, Floor Mounted , totally enclosed, fully compertmentalized electrical control panel suitable for operation at 415 Volt, 50 Hz, as per size, design & drawing to be approved by EIC. The panel board will be fabricated by CPRI approved panel maker as per detail specification below. The general construction of the pannel will conform to IS 8623:93 as ammended uptodate. The Degree of IP protection for the enclosure will be IP-42.It will have multi tier arrangement, having necessary cable alley at both end, with rigid and self supporting structure fabricated with sufficient no. of channels & covered by 2mm thick CRCA sheet with base structure by 75x40x4mm channel. All incoming, outgoing SFU/MCCBs are to be housed in respective compartments with hinged and gasketted doors at the front. All the doors should have pannel lock arrangements in such a fashion that it cannot be unlocked unless the respective feeder remains OFF. The rear of the pannel should have gasketted wire net guard for ventillation and arrangement shall be made for easy access to each compatment by providing rear doors with locking system. Painting of Steel Tubular Pole of lengths and no. of coats of paint, as given below with ready mixed paint /primer of approved make, and brand incl. preparation of surface by sand paper/emery paper, cleaning etc. for receiving fresh coat of paint (Schedule - 2017, Page - H-2 (7B)) above 9.0 mtr. long pole (i) One coat of red lead/Zinc chromate priming per pole (ii) 1st coat of synthetic enamel paint over the primer per pole (iii) 2nd coat of synthetic enamel paint over the 1st coat
Supply of outdoor stand mounted feeder pillar by 3mm thick ms sheet with 63A TPN MCB incomer, Analog time switch (Cat. No.AUTS01ANA00, Make-L&T), 40A TP contactor for the automatic switching of luminaries, power tool control with 2 no 20A TP MCB and raise lower push button, Incoming 25 sq. mm and out going 16 sq. mm terminals including suitable size and capacity RCC base foundation for above feeder pillar. [Design & Drawing of pillar and make of accessories to the approved before fabrication]. N.B: (a) The Agency must procure the materials from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized. Sales channel so that the standard warranty / support of the Manufacturer / OEM becomes applicable to the products to be delivered and installed by them. (b) Documents that authenticates such procurement from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized sales channel and standard warranty / support should be sent from the e-mail of the Manufacturer / OEM / authorized sales channel to the e-mail of Engineer-in-Charge and hard copy of it to be submitted during execution of work / submission of bill. (c) If any refurbished material is supplied and installed, penal action will be taken as per existing rules.
