Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in earth all kinds of soil such as pick work jumper work blasting soft or hard rock or by chiselling soft or hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all leads and lifts including trimming/ chiselling of sides and bed stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and returning the excavated soil after completion of work in 15cm layers when required into plinth sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6(1cement :3sand: 6graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8(1cement :4 sand: 8 graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts.

Squarred rubble masonary coursed with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth including racking out joints in cement mortar 1:4(1cement:4sand) complete in all respect in all leads and lifts.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in foundation and plinth cement mortor 1:4 (1cement :4 sand) 2nd class bricks in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (one cement :one and half sand : three graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work in all leads and lifts in (a) Foundation ,footings bases of columns and the like mass concrete including all leads and lifts

(b) walls any thickness but not less than 0.1 mtrs. thickness attached pillasters , plinths and string courses etc.from top of foundation level upto floor two level in including all leads and lifts .

(c)Suspended floors, roofs, landing, shelves and their supports balconies, lintels, beams girders bresumers and cantilevers upto all floor two level .

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4(1Cement :2 sand:4 graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all leads and lifts in :- (a)Suspended floors, roofs, landing, shelves and their supports balconies, lintels, beams girders bresumers and cantilevers upto all floor two level .

Providing and laying no fine concrete 1:6(1cement:6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) in foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angles iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including certring shuttering strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in all leads and lifts in:-(a) Vertical surface such as walls(any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like

(b) Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors,roofs, landings and the like in(a) floor etc. upto any thickness.

20mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/ concrete stone walls for interior plastering upto floor two levels including arrises internal rounded angles chamfers and / or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6(1cement:6 sand) in all leads and lifts.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level in all leads and lifts.

Providing and placing in horizontal layers filtering media duly graded screened washed and cleaned as specified by the Engineer-in-charge including all leads and lifts. (i) Fine and screened, cleaned, washed and graded effective size 0.20 to 0.40 with uniformity co-efficient 2 to 3).

Providing and fixing precast concrete manhole cover & frame confirming to IS: 12593-1988 Part-1 and IS: 12592-1991, part-II, 600mm diameter, heavy duty complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing cast iron spun spigot and socket soil ventilating pipe ( lead caulked joints to be measured and paid for separately ) 100mm dia in all leads and lifts.

Fixing of GI pipe light grade for inlet, scour and over flow pipe (Labour rate) of following dias in all leads and lifts.(i) 65mm dia

Manufacturing and supplying of fencing panel of size 2.40x1.20mtrs. fitted and devided in 2 portion of 1.20x1.20 by providing back to back angle of 40x40x5mm at centre fitted with wire mesh made of 12 gauge wire 25x25mm welded to MS angle. The wire mesh should be fixed on angle with 25x5mm MS flat alround including cutting, welding, painting with red oxide paint complete in all respect. The fencing panel should be provided with five No. hold fast made by angle iron 40x40x5mm and the length of hold fast should not be less than 15cm including all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing/manufacturing and fixing compound gate of size 1.20x1.80 mtrs. Made of angle iron 50x50x6mm 12mm square complete in all respect.

White washing with lime on undecorated wall surfaces two coats give an even shade including thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt dust, mortar drops and loose scale of lime wash and other foreign matter and extra for every subsequent coat of white wahsing with lime on walls in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing of double flanged cast iron sluice valve Class-I conforming to IS: 780-1984 of Leader/Bhel/Kirloskar /Fources/ Gled/ Pelican/Kartar make of following dias for the pipe line capable to withstanding normal seat pressure including cutting, welding,providing and fixing rubber/asbestos sheet of maximum thickness 3mm as per IS 2712-1979 and providing and fixing MS flange as per Table-17 with required number of nuts and bolts including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.(i) 65mm dia
