Construction of B.T Road from village Kudhrenpali to Dam axis of the proposed Ong Dam Project at Pujharipali for the financial year 2025-26

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness.

Earth work in filling in any approved type of soil from approved borrow area by mechanical means loading into and transportation by mechanical means and unloading the soil within initial lead of 1 km on properly prepared and scientifically approved surface including spreading and leveling the earth in 22.5cm layers to make ready for watering earth work up to OMC condition and compaction by V.R.R. in embankment for all heights including construction, maintenance, watering lighting of haul road and borrow area and running charges of all machineries, cess etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of granular sub base by providing Closed graded Granular sub-base Grading-III as per table 400-1, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per clause 401 of MoSRT&H specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) with all labour, materials, T&P, royalty, taxes and CESS etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing , laying , Spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant , carriage of mixed material by tipper to site , laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/ base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density , including all cost , hire and running charges VRR and other T & P , labour, carriage, royalty, cess & taxes etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. as per Clause 406 of MOSRT & H specifications for road & Bridge works.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Clause 502 of MoSRT&H specification for Road and Bridge works.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per Clause 503 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision)

Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading permixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transported to side, laid over a previously prepared surface with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 504 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)

Providing and laying 25mm thick semi dense bituminous concrete with Batch type hot mix Bituminous macadam with Batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of required grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen , transporting the hot mix to work site, laid over a previously prepered surface with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled , vibratory and tendem rollers to achive the desired compaction as per Clause 508 of MOSRT & H Specifications for Road and bridge works (4th Revision) including cost , conveyance , royalties,Cess taxesof all materials , all labour , hire and running charges of all machinaries, T&P, sundries etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in charge.

P.C.C.( 1:3:6 ) in substructure using 40 mm size H.G. metal well rammed with cost, conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials and all labour, T&P, etc. complete.

Supplying and Laying Reinforced Cement Concrete Pipes of NP 3 type for Culverts, jointing ends in cement mortar 1:3 including cost and conveyance of all materials as per Specifications

Rigid and smooth centering and shuttering for R.C.C. works including false works and dismantling them after casting including cost of materials complete.

Filling in foundation and plinth with sand watered and rammed etc. complete.

Earth work in hard soil or gravelly soil within 50m initial lead & 1.5m. initial lift including dressing & levelling the bed.
