Isolating the 100 KVA HT/LT distribution transformer of lift irrigation scheme Azadpora from HT side by means of dropping the link set, discarding the HT cable, disconnecting the LT side Cable from bush rods with the help of skilled labour, lowering of transformer from bed with the help of channels, dragging it to road site near about 500 meters with the help of manual labour loading in private vehicle to workshop for repairs..

Draining of T-oil from transformer tank in separate barrel to be arranged by the firm with the help of skilled labour and other tools & tackles.

Opening the lid of transformer and discarding the LT/HT connections from LT/HT rods, taking out the assembly from tank. The job includes the charge for dismantling of core assembly & removing damaged coil with the help of skilled labours .

Providing and fitting of 08 No. fresh HT coils in appropriate size of Aluminium wire as per sample.(weight of one coil = 4kg).

Providing and fitting of insulating material with the help of skilled labours like, latheroid paper, cork sheet, cotton tape, fibre glass sleeves, insulation gum and varnishing of the coils and heating in the heating chamber.

Filtration of old existing T-oil

Providing and filing of fresh t-oil for topping

Reassembling of Transformer by way of fitment of HT /LT Coils, core after proper cleaning, clamping channels, nuts/bolts heat treatment of the Assembled transformer, and fitting top lid of the transformer.

Loading of the transformer in a private load carrier after proper repairs at workshop and unloading at road and dragging it to site with the help of skilled labour, connecting H.T & L.T connections with the help of skilled labours & tested on full load .

Deduction cost of old scrap as 80% of weight of item no. 04 or as per actual.

Repairs to 150 HP ATS starter of lift irrigation scheme Uranbow at site by way of : 1. Providing and fitting of new auto transformer coil fabricated out of copper wire of standard size and quality (03 legs @ 6 kg/leg approximately= 18 kg. 2. Providing, fitting of insulation material such as cardboard, latheride paper, cotton tape, PVC paper, varnishing, nuts and bolts etc 3. Replacement of damaged brass bolts with nuts as per sample of incoming and outgoing connections. 4. Reassembling of auto coil at site by way of fitment of coils, core piece and after proper cleaning, clamping channels, nuts, bolts, soldering of connections and testing on full load .the job also includes the charge of loading, unloading skilled labors, pvt vehicle extra for the completion of work . 5. Deducting cost of scrap @ 80% of the total value of S.no. 02. (i.e. 14.4 kg. or as per actual. The job also includes the charge on account of replacement of 415V auto reset single phase preventer of reputed make.
