Main Entrance Gate (1) (20ft x 16ft with wooden or pipe framing with attractive decoration and approved fascia and Four 20X10 including inauguration Gate.

Stalls with Item 80 Stalls of Suitable size not less than 100 sq. feet. However, it may increase or Decrease as par the availability space and suitable to appearance to be selected in Reserve Police Line, Mela Ground churu. Stall will be fabricated with good Quality octomom system/Plywood/Jute waterproof Fire resistant material as per approved Stall Design. The height of stalls shall not be less than 3.0 mts. All stalls shall be covered with waterproof and fire resistant material, Wooden Plate forma long with matching approved Stall Design. The whole area over the stalls including pathway between rows of stalls will be beautifully covered. Stalls Should be Made Under DOM/Canopy Only. Front area/Pathway of every stall covered with Chanani. Front area every stall covered with red carpet and inside area of every stall covered with carpet. Each stall to be equipped with the following infrastructure:- a. four tables measuring 5' x 2.5' with matching table covers. Counter table to be covered with plywood having ethnic Mandana designs. b. Two Chairs c. Two LED tube lights of 20W each. d. Ethnic/ traditional decoration on front side. e. Non-woven matching coloured carpet on entire floor area. f. One kanat/Cloth Gate as per decided by Mela Authority to close the stall from front side during the night time. g. One Water jug/water container (against refundable security deposit). h. Pathway around the stalls will have to be carpeted. k. One Dustbin bucket size L. One Power Point M. One Decorative Light in Front of Stall.

Reception cum Office & Information office (size 20×20 sq feet with wooden flooring waterproof and fire resistant roof, table-5, chairs-20, 4 sofas with white sheet, 4 center table, onealmirahs with locks, Printer-1 sets with Internet Facility water container, reception desk and all other necessary infrastructure)

VIP Lounge (size 10×10 sq feet with wooden flooring waterproof and fire resistant roof, entire area of lounge fully covered by red carpet with decorative flowers, 5 sofa with white cover, 5 center table and 10 plants with pot & other necessary infrastructure)

First Aid Counter (One separate First Aid Counter in octonorm of size 10×10 sq. feet wooden platform and necessary infrastructure shall be erected.)

Food Court A separate food court to be developed with 25 food stalls in Dome (per stall 4 table with cover installed). 25 stalls established in 40x50 sq. feet, wooden platform sufficient sitting space, carpeting, furniture, electricity, water, dustbins (24 Inch) etc. 5 dustbins and 25 Round table, 200 chair established in food court area. (Dustbins should be clean 3 times a day)

Stage for Cultural Programmes (stage size 30*20) Platform/stage for cultural programmers should be Prepare with wooden Platform. Floor of stage to the covered with non woven carpet. One back Drop stand 20*12, covering to main Stage one separate green room along with mirrors, dais and proper décor of the stage. Ten 3-seater Sofas with 10 center table and 200 good quality foam chairs with white cover in front of culture stage.

Entranceways One entranceway with Red carpet on inauguration day as printed carpet of good quality shall be provided after carpeting of entire floor.

Sound system Sound system of good quality with sufficient speakers to cover whole of the Expo Ground shall be provided. One Mike & one Cassette Player/DVD Player on Reception cum office shall be provided. At least 2 fixed mikes and 3 cordless mikes of good quality, sound system (with all necessary modern equipment’s including echo sound system) shall be provided on the stage for cultural programme.
