Sub-Head : Concrete Work

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor, etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing :

1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for :

Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc..

Extra for concrete work in superstructure above floor V level for each four floors or part thereof.

Sub-Head : Steel Work

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.

Hot finished welded type tubes.

Providing and fixing bolts including nuts and washers complete.

Providing and fixing carbon steel galvanised ( minimum coating 5 micron) dash fastener of 10 mm dia double threaded 6.8 grade (yield strength 480 N/mm2), counter sunk head, comprising of 10 mm dia polyamide PA 6 grade sleeve, including drilling of hole in frame , concrete/ masonry, etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Sub-Head : Finishing

6 mm cement plaster of mix :

1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand)

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete.

On steel work

P/F high tensile steel fasteners including power drilling in RCC or masonry with holes of required dia. and depth and grouting with "Lockfix" grot of Fosroc chemical or equivalent make of approved quality for erection of poles on the terrace etc. all complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge

Galvanisation of structural steel sections (of thickness not less than 120micron) like pipes (outside only), angles, plates, flats and tubes(outside only) nuts, bolts and washers.

Errection of 9 M high RTP at all levels including sortring, assembling, lifting, fitting and fixing in position the fabricated members with the help of bolts, nuts, washer or as directed. Pole shall be keeping the verticality of the errected tower on all sides within + 25mm (i.e. the bottom of the line joining the centre of the top of the tower and the centre of the base of the tower is within + 25mm from the centre of the base of the tower) taking all precautions against damage, accident, obtaining necessary insurance against all risk etc. complete as per drawing and direction of E-I-C.

Providing and fixing LED aviation obstruction lamp of saraj, binay, Avaids of litlen or equivalent on the top of the tower with light dependent resistance sensor (day and night automatic timer) switch with necessary MCB switches, cables clamps etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing copper spike type lightening arrester made of 10mm OD copper with 10mm ISRO bar copper fitted to 120 degree rod size 5mm with necessary fixtures at the top of tower. The spike shall be instulated from tower by teflon materials as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting of Roof top pole of height 9Mtr from top to bottom including bracings,platforms, landings,ladder, guard rails ,runway etc. with superior quality weather resistant LUXOL high-gloss synthetic enamel paint or equivalent (two or more coats) in international orange and white shade approved brand and manufacture in equal alternate layer to give an even shade including base coats of Zinc chromate primer or equivalent primer of approved brand and manufacture i/c scaffolding and taking all necessary precaution to protect the human life, life insurance coverage of labour etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Earthing with GI earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required including removing the paver block and making good earthing pit area.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm GI strip in 40 mm dia GI pipe from earth electrod including connection with GI nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation , re-filling etc. as required and cutting groove on floor tile/CC pavement for insertation of GI pipe then making good.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm GI strip on surface or in recess for connection etc. as required on earthing bus bar support insulator @1.0mte center to center.
