PROVISION OF LANDSCAPING ARBORICULTURE AND ASSOCIATED MINOR BR WORKS IN GROUND AREA BUILDING NO T15 AT NCB UNDER GE ND VISAKHAPATNAM

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I: B/R WORKS

Surface Excavation over areas, n exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm and getting out in harde/dense soil.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out soft/loose soil.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone agg) in foundation, filling, mass concrete.

M&L for hardcore of broken stone of guage n. exc 63 mm deposited,spread and levelled in layers n. Exc 15 cm thick , water and ramed to a true surface

M&L for 100 mm cement concrete Type B-2 , 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate) in flooring/hard standing & finished the surfaces even and smooth with using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L sand cushioning in floors or paving , laid in layers n.exc 15 cm thick , spread levelled and rammed including watering all as specified and directed.

M&L machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of any shape and size confirming to ISI 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 grade with grey cement & no pigment all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping all as specified and directed.

M&L Brick work with sub class "B" Fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing Excavated soils exceeding 250 M but not exceeding 500 M and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point.

Returning filling of soft/loose soil in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layer note exc 25cm in soil etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M/L for Rendering 15 mm thick in on brick or stone or concrete surfaces, in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Preparing newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor or concrete surfaces by picking,sweeping clean and washing sown with water to remove dust etc

M & L for 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer for laying sharp finishes in CM 1:6 all as specified

M & L for coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding. 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or Coloured cement to match.

M&L 18/20 mm Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of grey

Taking down of cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls,ceiling,chajja,roofprojection etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

Rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 for backing of Dado/ Skirting.

M & L for Coloured Glazed ceramic design tiles 350x 250x 7mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick, on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or Coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement morter (1:4)

Supply and planting Artificial / Natural Plants for vertical garden in many varieties as per directed by Engr in charge including necessary provisions complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and planting Korean / Mexican carpet grass by piece turffing over the prepared base including watering, removing the weeds or any other vegetation, mixing the manure from time to time as required complete all as specified and directed. Note (i) Supply only loose soil ,cow dung and vermi compost shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only approved sweet earth/loose soil best quality for plantation all as specified and directed

Supply only approved manure (Cow dung) best quality all as specified and directed

Supply only approved vermi compost of best quality all as specified and directed

Supply plantation and developing of Royal Palm plant ( height of plant not less than 1.20m above ground level and of age 6 monts) wiyh proportional girth , evergreen species including preparation of ground up to 0.45m deep and of size 450 x 450mm and filling of good Earth ( without morrum content) and having suitable pH and EC as recommended for saline water conditions 3 parts mannure such as cow dung, vermi composed ,polydol dust neem cake and organic Mannure etc ( 1 parts) and watering etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply plantation and developing of Hedging ( Crotons) of 300mm wide and 300mm ht with hedge plants as approved by GE , evergreen species including preparation of ground up to 0.40m and filling of good earth ( without morrum content ) and having suitable pH and EC as recommended for saline water conditions (3 parts )mannure such as cow dung, vermi composed ,polydol dust neem cake and organic Mannure etc ( 1 parts) and watering etc and applying soil pesticide transplanting of hedge including cost of good Earth , mannure , pesticide , hedge plants etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 25mm dia Garden sprinkler valve Swivel type brass body , ISI marked , Screwed both ends for Iron / PPR pipe all as specified and dircted .

S&F 3-layer PP-R P o l y p r o p y l e n e random copolymer)pipes 20 mm outer dia SDR 7.4 & SDR 11 UV stablised laid & concealed in walls including bends, elbows, unions etc, laid on walls for vertical stacks including chasing the wall and making good complete all as (Make: SFMC PN16/SDR7.4)

S/F PP-R Gate valves (brass insert) of 20mm dia asper requirements of the site

Ditto as above but 25mm dia

S & F 75 mm bore PVC pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall / floors for drain out the water complete all as specified and directed.

Maintenance of Arboriculture / plants / grass as provided under serial items nos 21,22,26 &27 above by weeding , hosing saucer melding once in every 15 days , planting new plants / grass in place of dead plants/grass of same species and height without any extra cost to the department and as directed during libility period all as specifed and directed.
