Taking down carefully aluminium/ copper point wiring for light, fan, socket or power point etc. complete including conduit but excluding fittings and fixtures such as ceiling rose, switch socket, pendants etc. including making good surface of wall, ceiling etc. complete all as specified.

M&L for point wiring complete with 1100 volt grade 1.5sq.mm. (nominal area) single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable with multi-stranded copper conductor of FRLS grade (IS:694) drawn through and including rigid non-metallic PVC conduit/ PVC casing & capping of suitable size on surface, with all fittings including provision of earth continuity wire with same cable as for wiring but in green colour and connected to common earth dolly, fixed to wall/ ceiling/ floor/ roof including sunk pressed steel terminal boxes with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover for mounting fixtures etc. suitable for one light/ fan point controlled by one switch 6 Amps 1 way.

Taking down carefully ceiling fan of any make/ size from its location, dismantling complete fan, rewinding of fans with super enameled copper wire of same gauge, varnishing, baking, connecting properly with sleeves, examine complete parts thoroughly, oiling, greasing all parts and complete overhauling of fan including renewal of unserviceable capacitors/ bushes/ bearings and supply & replacement of minor spares such as split pin, nuts, bolt, hooks, screws and re-assembling complete fan and make fully functional including spray painting and writing MES No. on fan, re-fixing the fan to its position including replacement of twin core copper wire 23/0.0076 from fan to ceiling rose complete all as directed. [Note: Bush & ball bearing require replacement shall be measured and paid separately as 'Supply only']
