Structural steel work in single or built-up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) of grade YST 310 conforming to IS 1181 or IS 4923, including supplying, cutting, drilling holes as required, hoisting, fixing in position to lines and levels at all heights after cleaning thoroughly with power tools and painting as per painting specifications given in specific requirements of work including welding and/or bolting with special shaped washers etc. including cost of skilled/unskilled manpower, tools, materials, machinery, scaffolding etc complete

Structural steel work in single or built-up sections of grade Fe410 conforming to IS 2062 (channels, angles, beams, joists, plates and rods), including supplying, cutting, drilling holes as required, hoisting, fixing in position to lines and levels at all heights after cleaning thoroughly with power tools and painting as per painting specifications given in specific requirements of work including welding and/or bolting with special shaped washers etc. including cost of skilled/unskilled manpower, tools, materials, machinery, scaffolding etc complete

Supplying, conveying, fabrication and erection of mild steel gratings required thickness made from single section members such as channels, angles, flats etc. as per drawings with fixtures such as end stops, clamps, bolts and nuts etc. including charges for cutting, splicing, drilling holes as required, fixing to lines and levels and cleaning thoroughly with power tools and painting as per painting specifications given in specific requirements of work

Supplying, drilling/cleaning hole and fixing of HILTI / FISCHER Torque Controlled Expansion Anchor HST3 of HILTI or FAZ II of Fischer, of sizes ranging M10 / M12 / M16, to the specified embedment depth and activated with adequate torque as per manufacture’s specification, with the applicable tools and tackles, under the guidance of the manufacturer’s supervisor or authorised personnel.

Supplying and grouting pockets, base plates, etc. at all levels for static equipment / structural steel supports using non-shrink grouts of approved make of materials are furnished in Specific requirements of work

Providing high impact Polypropylene reinforced cement 6 mm thick corrugated sheets (as per IS: 14871) roofing up to any pitch and fixing with polymer coated J, or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia. G.I. plain and bitumen washers or with self-drilling fastener and EPDM washers etc. complete (excluding the cost of purlins, rafters, and trusses), including cutting sheets to size and shape wherever required.

Providing and fixing ‘clear’ Polycarbonate sheet of thickness not less than 2mm and width not less than 1000mm, having a transparency not less than 85%, and profile matching with the supplied 6mm thick corrugated high impact polypropylene sheet, and fixed with polymer coated J, or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia. G.I. plain and bitumen washers or with self-drilling fastener and EPDM washers and applying water proof sealants etc. complete (excluding the cost of purlins, rafters, and trusses), including cutting sheets to size and shape wherever required. The pitch and height shall be suitable for overlap with the high impact polypropylene sheets being laid, so that the overlap shall be watertight and secure.

Providing and fixing ridges and hips in fibre cement high impact polypropylene reinforced roofing with suitable fixing accessories or self-drilling fastener and EPDM washer etc. complete.
