REDEVELOPMENT AND BEAUTIFICATION OF GAAY WALA PARK, EAST OF KAILASH AND SUPPLY OF HORTICULTURE MACHINERY IN WARD NO. 174, CENTRAL ZONE.

Trenching in ordinary soil up to a depth of 60 cm including removal and stacking of serviceable materials and then disposing of surplus soil, by spreading and neatly leveling within a lead of 50 m and making up the trenched area to proper levels by filling with earth or earth mixed with sludge or / and manure before and after flooding trench with water (excluding cost of imported earth, sludge or manure).

Rough dressing the trenched ground including breaking clods.

Fine dressing of the ground.

Providing & laying Selection no. 1 grass turf with earth 50mm to 60mm thickness of existing ground prepared with proper level and ramming with required tools wooden and than rolling the surface with light roller make the surface smoothen and light watering the same maintenance for 30 days or more till the grass establish properly,as per direction of officer in charge

Providing and stacking Duranta Golden, having ht. 15 cm to 20 cm bushy shape with fresh and healthy leaves in 15 cm size of Earthen Pot / Plastic Pot and as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and stacking of Chandni dwarf of height 15-20 cm., well branched in earthen pot of size 20 cm as per direction of the officer-incharge.

Providing and stacking of Tecoma gaudichaudi of height 60-75 cm. with 5-6 branches in p.bag of size 25 cm as per direction of the officer-incharge.

Providing and stacking of Hibiscus variegated of height 60-75 cm. with healthy variegated foliage in earthen pot size 25 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and stacking of Polyalthia pendula (Ashok Pendula) height 150-165 cm. in earthen pot size 25 cm as per direction of the officerin-charge.

Digging holes in ordinary soil and refilling the same with the excavated earth mixed with manure or sludge in the ratio of 2:1 by volume (2 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20% : 1 part of stacked volume of manure after reduction by 8%) flooding with water, dressing including removal of rubbish and surplus earth, if any, with all leads and lifts (cost of manure, sludge or extra good earth if needed to be paid for separately) 2.14.4 Holes 45 cm dia, and 45 cm deep.
