Dismantling and Taking down of existing old unserviceable Central AC Plant of capacity 40 TR comprising of Chillers, Compressors, Pipelines alongwith its insulation, valves, etc. including necessary T & P, Scaffolding and making good disturbed portions to match with existing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, Installing, testing and commissioning of Floor Mounted Compact Scroll type Water Cooled Chiller Package Units of Capacity not less than 37.5 TR, suitable for ambient conditions, complete with Hermetically sealed Scroll type Compressors with independent Circuits with minimum loading capacity 15%, operating voltage 360 – 440 Volts, 50 Hz, 3 Phase, AC supply working with refrigerant R – 407C/ R-410A, Water Cooled Shell and Tube type Condenser with internally knurled copper tubes, Horizontal Direct Expansion (DX) type Evaporator with Carbon Steel Shell and Seamless Copper Tubes with 19 mm thick Nitrile Rubber Insulation, Common Base Frame, Interconnected Copper Refrigerant Piping and Wiring, Vibration Isolators, gauge panel, Automatic Safety Controls, Flow Switch at evaporator and Condenser, Ozone friendly CFC Free Refrigerant Gas R 407C/ R-410A including Thermostatic Expansion Valve for Refrigerant Flow Control, properly spaced Baffles for maintaining Optimum Water Velocity and Heat Transfer, adequate supports for tubes complete all as per manufacturer’s instructions, as specified and as directed. Notes: [a] The Chiller shall be designed for a Working Pressure of 150 PSIG and Hydraulically Tested at 225 PSIG. [b] Test certificates shall be produced for all the condensing units. [c] The quoted price shall be inclusive of a unit mounted Starter to ensure that the starting current does not exceed twice the full load current, System Integrator capable of giving industry standard [Modbus / Bacnet] Output to BMS for Critical Parameters. Mapping shall be required for all critical points displayed on the Chiller Control Panel. The Chiller shall be BMS compatible.

[d] The Chiller shall be suitable for 3 Phase, 415 Volts ± 10%, 50 Hz, AC Supply [e] The rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of necessary civil works viz. PCC foundation and connected works for installation of chillers and its accessories as required at site. [f] Any other items which are not mentioned in the description of this item or not specified in the tender documents but the same are required for smooth operation of AC Plant shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost to the Department.
