Supply and instalation & testing of fast earth electrode maintenance free chemical earthing of 3 mtr long copper pipe of diameter 76 mm(OD). There should be terminal for connection of 20x3 mm of copper strip with two holes of 14 mm diameter. FAST ELECTRODE is duly fitted with the highly conductive material with sealing at both ends with lead terminals of 20x3 mm copper strip at top, alongwith 2 bags of 25 Kgs each of earth enhancing compound. The chemical should be tested and certified by any international accredited laboratory. The earthenhancing compound should be tested referring to protocol IS 1350/&/EC62321/111/54/CDV. The PH value of compound should be between 7 to 8. The content of mercury (Hg) & Hexacromium should be below detection level. The electrode should be tested for salt spray test as per BIS117-09 for corrosion for minimum 500Hrs. The FAST ELECTRODE shall be dully tested & Certified by CPRI (Central Power Reserch Institution), Govt of India for a suitable minimum short circuit current for 1 second with initial pick of suitable KA. The Fast ELECTRODE shall be approved by CPRI, ERDA/NABL Lab complete all as specified and directed.

Note :- 1. Once the earthing work completed, the contractor shall stand responsible that the earthing resistance should be below one ohm for next three years. 3. If resistance value of the earthing pit is not within specified value for next three years from the date of completion of earhing work, contractor shall stand responsible for repair or construct new earthing without any extra cost.

Supply and fix Copper strip 20mm x 3.15 mm with saddles and fixing screws for fitting the strip complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Test point terminal block made of GI Sheet box of size 90x90x90mm made of 1.6mm plain sheet and screwed to wall for protection of test point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Fibre- Reinforced Plastic (FRP) earthing chamber cover for earthing Pit 420mm (TOP), 340mm (BASE), 210mm (HEIGHT) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for piling angle iron structure of 50X50X5mm size of length 0.5m and a PVC board having printed the format of Earthing details such as date of measurment, Resistance in Ohms, next due date and other details near all the earthing in the station complete including fixing arrangement of angle iron by means of PCC work and fixing of PVC board on angle iron structure by means of bolts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and laying 40 mm bore pipe, light grade (ISI marked), galvanized iron with and including all fitting (ISI marked) laid in trenches/ fixed to wall/ fixed on pillars complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for providing earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 60 x 60cm x 3.15 mm thick buried dirictly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connected to earth lead of 20x3.0mm copper strip upto 7.5 meter long by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of all galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-1 and connected to test point including necessary excavation/ earth work in any type of soil/rock strata, PCC chamber in 1:3:6 type C1 cement concrete, 50mm thick PCC cover in 1:2:4 type B1 reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (AMP) not less than 4 KG per Sqm, funnel with wire mesh and watering pipe (GI light grade) 20mm dia. including testing on completion but excluding GI protection pipe for earthing lead complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exeeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil for removing/laying of cable etc all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of LT underground, XLPE insulated armoured, Heavy duty, electric power cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 50 Sqmm, 3.5 Core laid in trenches/ ducts/fixed on pole/ wall / laid under road / path with necessary lugs complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand cushioning to cable with using clean dry and natural river sand gently punning below/around cable compplete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned thickness shall be measured for pament.

M & L well burnt bricks sub class 'B' as in protection of cable laid dry, flat abutting each other width wise complete all as directed

Returning, filling excavated soil in trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each complete all as specifed and directed.

Removing surplus excavated soil to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specifed and directed.

S&F 50mm dia GI tubing light grade for protection of cable fixed in wall or laid in trenches complete all as specifed and directed.

Supply and fixing XLPE insulated, armoured heav duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 10 Sqmm 2 Core complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for fixing and testing of On load change over swich 4 pole 160 AMPs rating with advance neutral confirming to IS 13947 all as specified and directed.

M & L for fixing MCCB 4 pole 100 Amps, 415 volts, 25 KA complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for fixing MCCB 4 pole 63 Amps, 415 volts, 16 KA complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2, using 40 mm stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in copings including necessary form work, fair finishing the exposed surfaces without using extra cement complete incluuding demolition of existing coping complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing, commisioning and testing up to 40 KVA rating capacity AMF panel outdoor type, fabricated and mounted on 100 mm MS channel frame, totally enclosed cubical type fabricated out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet duly powder coated with chemical powder coated process, locking arrangement provn of self ventilation with base etc 2 sets of 3 nos contactors relays for automatic operation of DG set in case of failure of commercial supply and vice versa, tinned aluminium busbar of 1.8 times of alternator rated capacity with heat shrinkable PVC sleeves cable termination box with suitable size of glands and comprising following acessories all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge

(a) Automatic main failure log all including electrical wiring.

(b)Power contactor 4 pole of suitable rating for generator and Mains.

(c) Over load relays for gen set

M&L for Point wiring complete for one light point controlled by one switch with 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated and PVC unsheathed (FRLS) multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 volt grade drawn in and including ERW pipe of 16 SWG including sunk type boxes 1.6mm thick, 60mm deep factory made with 3 mm thick phenolic Laminated sheet top covers for mounting fitting like switches, socketes fan regulators etc including 1.5 Sqmm single core multi stranded copper conductor PVC (FRLS) insulated and unsheathed cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed.

S&F tube light fitting 2 x 20 Watt flame proof type FLP-WP made of aluminium alloy LM6, with electronic ballast, bipin holders, connector block, etc. complete with all accessories prewired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size 4 feet complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix flame proof weather proof sheet metal enclosure single door SPN DB 4 way in cast alluminium alloy LM6 construction comprising of following:- (a) MCB SPN 40 Amps 10KA, 240V-1 No (b) MCB SP 10 Amp 6 KA, 240 V- 3 Nos

M&L for sub main wiring using two single core 1.5 Sqmm fire retardant PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with copper conductor 1100 volts grade ISI marked drawn through and including Steel Conduit and accessories like bends, tee, etc fixed on wall and ceiling and connecting to earth dolly including 1.5 Sqmm fire retardant PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with copper conductor as earth wire complete all as specified and directed. Note : Two runs of single core 1.5sqmm cable, one run of 1.5sqmm cable and steel conduit shall be measured as one length.

M&L for sub main wiring using two single core 2.5 Sqmm fire retardant PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with copper conductor 1100 volts grade ISI marked drawn through and including Steel Conduit and accessories like bends, tee, etc fix on wall and ceiling and connecting to earth dolly including 1.5 Sqmm fire retardant PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with copper conductor as earth wire complete all as specified and directed. Note : Two runs of single core 2.5sqmm cable, one run of 1.5sqmm cable and steel conduit shall be measured as one length.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of hi wall split units indoor/outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit and with in built air ioniser and plasma filter for better indoor air quality of capacity 2.0 TR 230 volt AC 50 c/s of 3 star rating and comrising of the following:- (a) 2.0 Ton capacity using Eco friendly refrigernt cooling unit wall mounting type complete with remote control, draining out arrangement, manually adjustable cover for cool air from front with and inter connection with the condensing unit etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (b) One number condensing unit of 2.0 ton capacity comprising of all fitting such as single phase electric driven compressor, condensing fan motor, condensor with fixing of stand on wall and all necessary controls and accessories all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- Aditional lenth for copper tubing if required at site shall be supplied and fixed by the contractor without any extra cost.

M/L for Point wiring complete with 4.0 sqmm single core PVC insulated and PVC unsheathed (FRLS) multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 volt grade enclosed in and including PVC casing and capping with accessories fixed on surface on walls/ceiling by means of PVC sleeves Dash fastners and cadmium plated screws all as per ISI including sunk type boxes for AC box including 2.5 Sqmm (FRLS) single core multi stranded copper conductor PVC insulated and unsheathed cable as earth continuity conductor complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 31.00 above but wiring with 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated and PVC unsheathed (FRLS) multistranded copper conductor cable and 1.5 sqmm (FRLS) copper conductor unsheathed cable as earth continuity conductor for one 3 pin 15 Amps socket outlet point on independent board complete all as specified and directed.

S&F switch socket combination 3 pin 5 and 15 Amp 2 in one flush type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing single pole and neutral enclosure with 2 pin and earth industrial plug and socket complete with one MCB SP 25 Amps complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of ± 2.5% and of capacity 5 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sub main wiring using two single core 4.0 Sqmm fire retardant PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with copper conductor 1100 volts grade ISI marked drawn through and including PVC Casing Caping/ PVC Conduit and accessories like bends, tee, etc fixed on wall and ceiling and connecting to earth dolly including 2.5 Sqmm fire retardant PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with copper conductor as earth wire complete all as specified and directed. Note : Two runs of single core 4.0sqmm cable, one run of 2.5sqmm cable and Casing Caping shall be measured as one length.

S&F of factory made epoxy polyester powder coated distribution board SP & N 8 way fabricated from minimum 1.6 mm thick CRCA sheet with metal double door (IP-43 protection ) fixed flush to wall and suitable for universal mounting and including 100 Amps copper bus bar, Neutral bar, standard DIN rail, eath bar and cable ties for cable management, top and bottom removable gland plates with knock outs and suitable for one DP MCB as incomer and 6 SP MCBs as outgoings complete all as specified and conforming to IS: 8623 alongwith cable end box for above DB all as specified and directed. NOTE (a) MCBs shall be measured and paid separately. (b) All cables terminating into MCBs shall be connected by using suitable copper lugs/thimbles/sleeves and its cost shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
