Sch 'A' Part-XII (Prime Cost Sum) Provide a Prime Cost sum of Rs 184000.00 for "Provision of Modular Kitchen-01 Job", all as specified and shown on drawings. NOTE:-(i)Items covered under Prime CostSum shall be ordered as per Condition 5 of IAFW-2249. (ii) Contractor shall quote a lump sum over Prime Cost sum to cover his over heads & profit and the percentage shall be derived from the amount quoted by the contractor. This percentage (plus/minus) subject to maximum of 15 %(on plus side) shall be taken as thePrime Cost Sum percentage.

Internal Water Supply

Item No 01 : S&F chromium plated pillar tap mixer 15 mm dia for mixing hot and cold water complete all as specified and directed. Make: Jaguar (economical range) or equivalent in GEM/Parco)

Internal Electrification

Item No 02 : Taking down carefully copper/ aluminium sub main wiring of any size from surface/cancealed/ existing conduit of any height and removing materials at site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors roofs etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No 03 : Taking down old/unserviceable distribution board by disconnection of electric connection carefully SPNDBs/TPN DBs/Main switch including old unserviceable MCCBs/MCBs, lsoalors, etc and making good to disturbed surface inclucomplete all as specified and as directed.

Sewage Disposal

Item No 31: M & L for construction of septic tank for 50 users including earth work in excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggreted) as in foundation, brick work in CM 1:3, RCC M-30 Design mix as in wall, base slab, Baffle wall and roof slab includ beam etc with and including TMT bar (Fe-500D) as in reinforcement shown in drgs and 6mm thick mild steel plate embedded alround of cover slab, 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 with WPC on wall, vent shaft, sludge chamber, form work to side and soffits, 150mm dia SGSW inlet and outlet pipe upto 3M from outer face of wall, CI vent pipe, sludge chamber, RCC baffle wall, returning filling and removal etc. complete all as specified and shown on drgs.

Item No 32: M&L for construction of soakage wall for 3.0m (internal dia) and 3.0m (effective depth) including necessary excation in earth work in any type of soil, PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggreted) as in foundation brick work in CM 1:4 in walls and honey combed brick walls, RCC M-25 (design mix) as in cover slab including 8 mm dia TMT bars (Fe- 500D) plain cement concrete band form work tosides & soffit of RCC slab & filling with brick bats loose filling etc. complete all as specified shown on drawings.

Arboriculture

Item No 33: Supply only of compost manure incl loading, unloading & trasportation & stacking at site complete. The compost shall be of uniform texture relatively dry of dark brown of black color & should have an non offessive earth like offessive earth like odour. It shall be nuturent rich soil like material created by the boilogical decomposition of organic material such as vegitative debris & live stock manure ( The net measurement of the compost manner shall be arrived at by reducing the actual stock measurements by 8%) complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No 34: Supply only of good earth (sand) from outside MD Land free from kankar stones cobbles Moorum, shingle Rocks building rubbish etc of all kinds & suitable for agriculture/arboriculture purpose. The ph of the soil brought shall be of the range 6 to 8.50 (The net measurement of the compost manure shall be arrived at by reducing the actual stack measurement by 20%) complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No 35: Supply & planting of trees at desired distances in rows or other patterns to provide a green cover to the area and maintain green till handover to the user planting stages are as under (a) Excavating pits of size 75 cm dia & depth 75-80 cm taking out the soil & keeping aside (b) Removing the stones, cobbles boulders vegetation etc from the excavated soil & & mixing the balance excavated earth with a mixture of good earth & compost manure mixed @4:1 filling the mixture so obtained in layers in the excavated post hole around the sapling together with watering & supporting the plant/tree sapling with a bamboo/wooden stake & tieing with two ties all as directed for the following trees/plants.

(i) Bottle Palm tree (ht 2.00 m when planted)

M & L for grassing the area Grassing with Cyndon Dactylon (Callcatta Grass) having rhizomes with sufficient nodes in row of 5 cm apart in either direction & watering maintence of the lawn till the grass forms a thick lawn free from weeds & fit for mowin (i) Hedge Golden Duranta (Ht 60cm when planted)

(ii) Cycus revoluta (Ht 45-60 cm when panted)

Item No 37: Trenching in ordinary soil upto a depth of 50cm & removal of the excavated soil to a distance of 50m stacking the same & seperating the serviceable meterial by sieving out carefully & removing all kankar, stones, cobbles moorum, shingle Rocks building rubbish etc of all king mixing the remaining soil with good earth and compost (supplied vide item No 1&4 above) spreading and neatly levelling with in a lead of 50m and making up the treanched area to a proper levels. Finaly flooding the area with ample qty of water complete.

Rain Water Harvesting

Item No 39: M & L for providing rain water harvesting system for recharging ground water table guiding rain water flow of building roof to rechage pit include the following: (i) Excavation and earthwork upto 1.80m deep and 1.50 m in dia, brick work in wall upto 0.80m height. (ii) Boulder (5to 10mm) filling upto 0.30m in top. (iii) Coarse sand filling upto 0.50 m height. (iv) Gravel (5 to 10 mm) filling upto 0.50m height. (v) Boulder (5 to 10mm) filling upto 0.50m in bottom. (vi) Down take pipes 100 mm size - 15 mtr

Item No 43: M & L for preparing of black top road surface removing dust, dirt grease and other foregin matters etc. to receive the marking and applying one coat of retro reflective thermoplastic road marking paint (white or yellow shade) not less than 2mm thick in lines, arrow dashes& letters exceeding 10 cm in width applied hot using application unit and retroreflective glass beads, @ 250 to 300 gm/sqm to withstand vehicular traffic load, material shall be conforming to BS-3262 (Part-I) 1989 read in conjunction with the MOST (Ministry of Surface Transport) specification, 8034 Vo-III as laid down in the specification for reoad and bright work third revision etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note- MOST specification 8034 shall be followed strictly for execution of work & suitable machine shall be used for the marking as approved by the GE. Shape & size/ patterns of marking shall be as approved by the GE before execution of work.
