Taking down existing UG cable of any size.

S&F LED street light fitting 70 watt 230V AC outdoor type with pressure die cast aluminium housing and heat resistance complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistance including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP65/66 Protection complete.

S&F bracket with clamp for fixing street light fitting made out GI pipe light grade 40 mm including bending to shape of length 1.5 Mtr complete.

S&F PVC junction box of size 25x20x15 cm with hinged door including locking arrangement complete with MCB SP 6/10A Nos-01 with necessary clamps, nut, bolt.

M&L for three core copper coductor cable of size 1.0 sqmm for junction box to street light fitting.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 xm x 6.0 mm burried directly in ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected to and including galvanised iron strip 32 x 6 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts. check nuts and washers etc made of GI and connected to earthing test point all as shown in electric plate No. 5 of SSR indicated and testing on completion including excavation and earth work in any type of soil/rock, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 earthing chamber, cast iron cover with lifting handle, funnel with GI watering pipe of 20mm bore medium grade,wire mesh and lugs, GI protection pipe of 40 mm bore light grade 7.5 m long test point etc complete.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of LT indoor panel board (factory made of approved CPRI) size as recommended by IS & CPRI norms & indoor type made out of CRCA sheet 2mm thick dust proof, powder coated from both side, individual door, factory locking system with two side ventilation suitable for working on 415 volts AC supply including bus bar chamber and Aluminium bus bar of capacity 200Amps rating for phase and neutral mounted on hygroscopic insulator fixed in a separate bus bar chamber separate compartment for incoming and outgoing feeder prewired with suitable size of copper conductor cable including fitted on 50x50x6mm angle iron channel with PCC foundation and provision of lugs and bushing for housing the following:-

(i) MCCB 4P 100 Amps, 35 KA-01 Nos (In coming) (ii) Star Delta starter fully automatic for 20 HP motor - 02 Nos (iii) MCB SPN 32 Amps - 02 Nos (O/G) (iv) Multi functional digital voltmeter and ampere meter including suitable and appropriate CTs- 01 set (v) Indicator lamp (LED R-Y-B)-01 set

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION S&F 7 Watt LED bulb including lamp holder system efficiancy should be > 85 lm/W, PF > 0.9. the lamp shoild have cool daylight color temp of 6500 K lumen output > 600 lm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 4' 18 Watt LED tube with batten with system lumen output 1800 lumens system efficiancy should be > 115 lm/W. The luminaire should have cool day light color tem of 6500 K & CRI > 80 life 40K burning hrs with 70% lumen maintenace PF > 0.95 surge protection of 3 KV all the photometrical & electrical parameters must be supported by LM 79-08 test report from NABL accridiated LAB OR UL, R9 value >0. Lamp starting time is not more than 1 Sec complete all as specified and directed.

S&F heavy duty, exhaust fans of 250 mm sweep suitable for SP 230/250 volts, 50 Hz AC supply complete with louver shutters including fixing/grouting of frame in wall and cutting opening complete and connecting with and including three core twisted flexible copper conductor cable of 1.0 sq. mm size cable with multistranded copper conductors from ceiling rose to fan complete all as specified and directed. Make: VENTILUS of Crompton or technocommercial equivalent of any make specified in Appx 'C'.

Make: Empower50 of Crompton or technocommercial equivalent of any make specified in Appx 'C'.

S&F LED Security light fitting made out of pressure die cast aluminium powder coated housing high impact resistant 4mm thick toughened glass cover and matrix of power LEDs inbuilt electronic driver up to 10 KV surge protection fitted with adjustable pole adapter to enable on site tilt angle setting depending on road geometry CCT3000-6000 CRI greater than 70, input power 30 W system with 100 lumens per watt output operating voltage 160-260V with connection by three core PVC insulated multistaranded copper conductor sheathed cable of size 1.0 SQMM fixed with & copper conductor sheathed cable of size 1.0 SQMM fixed with & including bracket made of GI Pipe 25mm bore light grade, 1.2 Mtr long bent to shape required with 2 Nos MS clamps of suitable size and length, nuts & bolts complete all as specified and as directed. Cat No: LSTS-30-CDL of Crompton or technocommercial equivalent of any make specified in Appx 'C'.

Note for item No 37.00:- (1) The LED lights shall have gurantee for 5 Years from date of completion of contaract , any defects noticed during this period shall have be rectified / Parts replaced immediately, security amount of 10% of the cost of the item shall be retained with the Deptt till end of the guarantee period. (ii) LED light manufacturer lab shall be accredited to NABL.
