Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in Hard/Dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Rolling and consolidating on formation surfaces in cutting by mechanical power roller of capacity 8-12 tonne complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing excavated soil to a distance beyond 50 m and upto total distance of 250 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 150mm consolidated thickness Soiling (or sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stone, inter stices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Laying and compacting 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) ( compacted thickness laid in two layers of 75 mm each)Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) grading as pe table 400-13 of MORTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 8-12 Tonne static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MORTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 sqm each and not exc 50 mm deep incl removing the unserviceable materials / debris outside the premises of MOD Land and disposal of the same complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Preparing unsurfaced WMM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and Applying evenly a prime coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion SS1 confirming to IS: 8887 at a rate of application of 0. 7-1 kg/sqm on surface of WMM as specified in Table 500-3 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Preparation of Scarified bituminous road surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and Applying evenly a tack coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) on bituminious surface conforming to IS: 8887 at a rate of application of 0.2-0.3 kg/sqm on bituminous surface as specified in Table 500-5 of MaRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer after cleaning of existing surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for stone kerb edging of roughly squared sand stone machine cut size 15cm x 30cm (each stone shall not be less than 45 cm in length) , dressed so that the maximum depression from a straight edge held against the dressed surface shall not exceed 6mm for top and exposed surfaces of sides and 20mm for the rest of surfaces jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and struck flush including necessary excavation and filling complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam using 4 % binder content (paving bitumen VG 40 Grade) by weight of total mix laid with mechanical pavers (consolidated thickness 75mm or less), rolled and compacted to gradient and camber required with 8 to 12 tonne power road roller complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.50% binder content by weight of total mix using paving bitumen VG-40 grade, mixed in computerized hot mix plant, laying with mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber or gradient using 8 to 12 ton power roller complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- (i) The design mix formula shall be got done from approved lab and got approved from GE before commencement of work. (ii) In the event of variation in the mix design in the percentage of binder content on minus side, the difference in quantity of binder content will be adjusted through supply only rate of Rs 48/- per kg for paving bitumen VG-40. However no plus adjustment shall be applicable if excess quantity of binder is used/approved in the execution of work under in this item

M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick in Zebra crossing etc. and the like exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repairs Speed breakers (Road bump) made of ABS plastic, of size 750x250x75mm per piece with two reflectors of size 70mmx23mm on each piece fixed on road surface with appropriate numbers of mild steel pins and epoxy adhesive complete all as per manufactures instructions including taking out old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repair 900mm dia outdoor type, weather proof, unbreakable polycarbonate face roadside convex mirror for vehicle of high visibility orange visor with floor mount type post and brackets, horizontal and vertical angle adjustment complete all as per manufacturer's instructions, fixing to 80mm dia GI pipe 2.10mtr high in post hole of size 60x60x75cm and embedding the same in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate including required excavation, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F ABS road colour Cat eyes having dual directions reflective panels (Both sides) of size 100 x 100 x 18-20mm with ABS body filled & fixed with epoxy adhessive as per manufacturer and / or fixing with 12 cm long mild steel pin on road complete with PMMA lens with load capacity greater than 50 Kg with visibility 800 meters etc (Colour of reflective panels Amber/ Red/ White) complete all as specified and as directed incl taking out old unserviceable cat eye any size & and removing the same from site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for identification sign/cautionary mandatory and information sign board (as per sample) area exceeding 1.00 sqm but not exceeding 1.50 Sqm with 2mm thick aluminium composite panal covered by encapsulated lens type retro reflective sheet (grade 3m type II diamond grade) on both side with any colour base fixed on and incuding stainless steel frame of size 25mmx25mm and hand on 50mm dia stainless pipe (fabrication work from SS 304 grade material) of height up to 3.00Metre from the natural ground level to top and post embedded in ground with PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate of size 45cmx45cmx60cm including necessary excavation and earth work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : (i) Shape/Design of sign board as approval by GE. (ii) The letters and symbols etc, on both side shall be as per site requirement and as approved. the size and font of wording as per direction of GE.

S&F Solar tubular delineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm), type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate incl necessary excavation complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing 450mm bore Reinforced cement concrete drain pipes class NP-2 laid in trenches and jointed cement mortor 1:1 complete, with collars or socket/spigot type laid jointed and haunching at side in cement concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Surface excavation n.exc(not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 100 mm thick Cement concrete type D - 2,1:4:8 (40 mm graded agg) as in sub base to floors incl well compacting & laid to levels complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour (red and yellow only), design & pattern as in footparth, parks,lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Auguring/ Driling /Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology by mannual /machine, including fixing of HDPE pipe PN 10 of 100 mm bore dia complete all as specified and directd by EIC.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for straight through joint complete with Jointing material heat Shrink type and accessories suitable for 3.5 / 4 core XLPE, armoured, Aluminium conductor cable of size 35 to 70 sqmm complete as specified and as directed by EIC.

M & L for jointing and testing heat shrinkable, outdoor type, end termination cable jointing kit, suitable for 11KV (Earthed) under ground earthed system 3 core XLPE cable of size 95 Sqmm including making connections complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 150.0 sq mm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty)with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade, of size 3 core 95 sq mm. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 35 sq mm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and n.exc. 1.5m in depth for laying of cable and foundation in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Returning filling in and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25cm including spreading, leveling and watering complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing excavated material (soil/rock) and depositing at a distance not exceeding 50m complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L tibba sand for sand cushioning to U/G cable for cushioning 8cm below the cable and 15cm above cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- For payment purpose only punned thickness will be measured.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, type 1 with peak, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm and abutting each other with gap between adjacent precast concrete cable cover not exceeding 10 mm over underground cables for protection. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and Labour for GI tubing light grade in repairs incl. accessories for protection of cables on poles / under road crossing of following sizes. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Re-routing/relaying of existing LT / HTcable XLPE insulated aluminium conductor armoured with glavanised steel wire complete of any size and core from any position i.e ground /wall/poles/ culverts etc complete with protection cover, sand, pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (i) Old cable as obtained shall be re-used. (ii) Old serviceable protection cover, protection pipe and sand obtained under this item shall be reused if found serviceable. (iii) Earth work and any other new items shall be measured and paid separately under relavent items.
