M & L for Switch Air Break Gang Operated for 11 KV grade, Triple Pole vertically mounted having 12 insulator and fitted on steel frame suitabe for, current rating 200 Amps, mechanically operated mechanism consisting of Operating Rod of GI Pipe 25mm bore (dia) ‘light grade’ of suitable Length worked From Ground Level and with Locking Arrangement Mild Steel Flat Iron Clamp 50x6mm including Expulsion Fuse, Single Pole, Channel type/ drop out type suitable as per Site requirement with Working Pressure 11 KV grade of capacity 50 to 100 Amps including taking down unserviceable Fuse , complete all as specified and as directed

Supply & laying HT XLPE Cable, insulated, screened, PVC bedded, Galvanised Steel Strip or Wire armoured, Electic Power Cable (heavy duty) with Aluminium Conductor, conforming to IS:7098 (Part II), 11 KV, ‘Earthed Grade, cross-sectional area 95 Sqmm 3 Core, laid in Pipe/ Ducts/ Trenches/ under Floor/under Road including Testing, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Earthworks, Sand Cushioning, Bricks, GI Pipe, etc. will be measured and paid under appropriate Items.

Dismantling and taking down any type of transformers indoor/outdoor,by disconnect HT & LT connections from plinth/ platform/ pole mounted and shifting to workshop for carry out repair (rewinding) works as directed and reinstall back in original location including re-connection of HT & LT supply system including testing complete all as specified and directed.for the following capacity.(Note spare items required for repair including rewinding will be measured and paid seperately under respective items of Sch. Note:- (a) Required tools & plant including lifting arrangement, transport etc shall be included in the rate quoted. (b) Any damage occurred during lifting/ transporting, the firm will be responsible to rectify such defect free of cost

Draining out all the transformer oil, dismantling and inspection of transformer core and winding including taking out burnt out winding/insulation of LV / HV coils in the presence of the authorized rep.. Reassembling of core and winding, drying out in Heat chamber till specified IR values are obtained and providing new insulation materials, gasket, nuts , bolts, checking of leakages and rectifying the same by welding etc and conducting all tests as per IS 6792-1972 as specified, for transformer capacities 200 to 400 KVA complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i)Supply and fix of all materials required such as winding, LV/HV bushes, Silica gel breather etc will be measured and paid for separately (ii) While removal of the core care shall be taken not to spoil the transformer oil and required filtration including topping up shall be carried out, which shall be measured and paid under respective items of schedule.

All as per item No 17 above but transformer of capacity 50 to 160 KVA complete all as specified and directed

Materials and labour for removing the burnt out/ damaged LV bushes with porcelain insulator and replace with Brass LV bushes, nuts , check nuts, rubber washer etc complete as per the existing size / model, for transformers of capacity of 160KVA to 400KVA complete all as specified and directed

Dehydration / Filtration of transformer oil by using Filter Plant and till obtaining the oil dielectric strength 60 KV including topping up of transformer oil to the required level in various transformers located outdoor / indoor sub stations complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Transformer oil for topping up will be measured and paid separately)

Supply and charging topping up of new low viscosity transformer oil from sealed drums confirming to IS 335-1993 Part-II after testing the correct dielectric strength up to 60KV duly de-hydrated complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for scraping of rusted paint from transformer & spray painting of Transformer with smoke grey synthetic enemalled paint over a coat of primer and writing on transformer Capacity ,Make,MES No all as specified and directed by GE/AGE.

Excavation in trenches, in soft / loose soil not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, etc or not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for Pole, shafts, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc and getting out of soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed

Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in Soft/Loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

Material and Labour for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in cement mortar 1:4 for coping incl necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for painting to steel tubular pole 9.00/11.0 metre long with two coats of synthetic enamel silver up to below 1.5M from Top edge and 1.50 metre height from ground level in 30 cm alternative black and red strips and remaining portion with alluminium paint incl numbering of pole numbers by stensils and MS frames like channel,clamps, angle, D-clamps etc with two coats of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet vitreous enamelled white with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M S Clamps, bolt and nut approved size for LT poles, 20x15cm size including taking out old unserviceable danger notice plate complete all as specified and directed

Materials and Labour for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5M below normal ground level connected to galvanised steel strip 32 mm x 6mm by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized steel and connected to main switch board or main control board as directed and including provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1, pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 cover slab 54 cm x 54 cm x 5 cm (Reinforced with 8 mm dia. TMT bars @ 150 mm, center to center both ways) with one handle for lifting made out of 8 mm dia. MS bar, provision of funnel, wire mesh, 20 mm bore galvanized steel tubing (Medium grade) for watering, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers, 40 mm bore galvanized steel tubing light grade for protection of earth lead connection, necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and including necessary testing complete all as shown on electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I (2009) complete as specified and directed.

Shifting of HT VCB 11 KV panel from MES Sub Station near DRL gate by disconnecting all incoming and out going control cables connections, dismanteling in to parts and re installation of VCB Pannel at Sub Station in Pump house NO-7 and connecting all controll cable connection and servicing of VCB pannel (such as oiling ,greasing and recalibration of relays for tripping.cost include all minor items) for its smooth functioning up to entire satisfaction of Garrison Engineer/Engr-in-Charge.All as specified and directed. Note : (a) Required tools & plant including lifting arrangement, transport etc shall be included in the rate quoted. (b) Any damage occurred during lifting/ transporting, the firm will be responsible to rectify such defect free of cost.

Cutting of green growth and wild grass by manual labour or by machine at electrical installation premises,around the pole,along the fencing,removing rubbish from the site of work and depositing where directed not exc 100 Mtr from the starting point. complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The item shall be operated maximum 4 times in the entire period of the contract and the measurement will be taken time separately as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Cutting and trimming of tree branches to clear the over head lines in the area of HT over head lines/feeders (including repairing and jointing of ACSR conductor if damaged during cutting of trees branches) and removal of trimmed branches of trees and depositing the same in waste bin inside the campus all as specified and directed ( Span length not more than 65 Mtr).

NOTES :- 1. For the items for which specifications not mentioned any where in the tender, the IRC specifications shall be followed. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc., required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule "A" notes for details.
