OUTSOURCING OF SERVICES FOR HOUSE KEEPING DATA ENTRY OPERATOR PHOTOCOPIER AND METER READER AT AF STATION MAHARAJPUR

Outsourcing services of 01 (One) No Safaiwala in a general shift of 8 hrs per day:- For daily cleaning sweeping of MES building (external & internal) and their open area incl rearranging of furniture and cleaning of toilets including disinfection of rooms, cleaning of window panes, door and window shutters including frame, removal of cob webs and finally cleaning of roofs and open drains by deploying requisite/surficient manpowers on all working days excluding sunday, National Holiday and closed Holiday as directed. The deployment of menpower (Safaiwala) in a shift of 8 hours (General shift) per day in the following office complex:- (a) GE (AF) Adm Area Maharajpur (b) Subdivision complex 01 (One) NOTE:- (a) All cleaning agents (consumables) will be provided by the department. (b) Presence shall be ensured as per office timings and/or directed.

Outsourcing services of 03 (Three) Nos of Data Entry Operator cum clerk in a general shift of 8 Hrs per day. For generation and maintenance of the report return, typing of letters updating of files, system, and other routine clerical Job as directed by concerned officer(s) by deploying requisite/sufficient manpower on all working days excluding Sunday, National Holidays and closed Holiday as specified in particular specification and the deployment of menpower (Data entry operator) in a shift of 8 hours (Genral shift) per day in the following office:- (a) GE (AF) Adm Area Maharajpur - 03 (Three ) Nos Note:- Rate quoted by the contractor shall be for service of one person (DEO) per shift.

NOTE for Item No. 2.00 1. The qualifification of Data entry operator shall be 12th Class pass. 2. Data entry operator engaged by the contractor should have adequate knowledge in generation and maintenance of Report/return, typing of letters, updating of file. 3. The data entry operator shall be qualified in computer and able to run all computer shoftware & programme incl knowledge of internet. 4. Data entry operator employed by the contractor should know the both English & Hindi Language. 5. The speed of the typing of Data entry operator should not less than 20 WPM. 6. The data entry operator should have one year certificate course in computer applications from any Govt recongnised Institute. 7. The data entry operator shall perform duties of clarical as when required. 8. Presence shall be ensured as per office timing and/or as directed.

Outsourcing services of 01 (One) No Photocopier in general shift of 8 Hrs per day. For printing of drawing, photo copying, maintenance of files, updating of record, maintenance of old records including stiching register, files etc by deploying requisite/sufficient manpowers on all working days excluding Sunday, National Holiday and Closed Holiday as specified in particular specification and the deployment of menpower (Ferroprinter) in a shift of 8 Hrs (General shift) per day at GE (AF) Adm Area Maharajpur office complex - 01 (One) No NOTE:- 1. Photocopier shall having qualification of 12 pass. 2. The manpower employed by the contractor should have adequate knowledge in maintaining the drawings, printing of drawings, photo copying and maintenance of files, old records and registers at the office. 3. The manpwer employed by the contractor should have adequate knowledge in maintenance of drawing equipment in the drawing section. 4. Presence shall be ensured as per office timing and/or as directed.

Outsourcing of services of 01 (One) No Meter Reader in a general shift of 08 Hours per day for the activities of Meter Reading and generating Electrical Bills, Updating reading system and other routine / duties assign to him by the BSO, GE(AF) Adm Area by deploying manpower on all working days excluding Sundays, National Holidays, Closed Holidays in a shift of 08 Hours (General Shift) per day in the following sites:- (a) Various Married Accn Pockets (b) Shopping Complex and Vendors

Notes for Item No 4:- (a) 02 (Two) Nos dresses shall be provided by the contractor. (b) Security Pass for Meter Reader shall be arranged by the Contractor as per AF rules and regulations. (c) Meter Reader employed by the Contractor should have well command in English and Hindi languages. (d) Transportation vehicle for performing assign duties shall be arranged by the Contractor. (e) Presence shall be ensured as per office timings and/or directed. (f) Minimum qualification of Meter Reader shall not be less than 12th Class. (g) Meter reader deployed by the contractor should have adequate knowledge of generating of electric bills.

NOTE FOR ALL ITEMS OF SCHEDULE 'A' (BOQ) Rate quoted by the tenderer for this schedule should not be less than minimum wages, EPF, Bonus, Labour Cess & GST and ESI . Any other statutory payment, additional tax/cess portion and over head charges is to be borne and quoted accordingly by the contractor. In case the rate quoted by the contractor is found less than the rate of wages and other as stated above such bids will be treated as non bonafide and shall summarily be rejected. No claim what so ever shall be entertained in this respect at a later stage.
