Earth work for Embankment in all kinds of good soil inclusive of cost of borrow soil with all leads and lifts by manual means spreading in layers bringing to optimum moisture content and MDD as per Clause 301 & 305 & its sub-clauses where required as per technical specification etc complete of MoRD of complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Furnishing & laying of the live sods of pernnial turf-forming grass on embankment slope, verges or other locations shown on the drawing or as directed by the Engineer including preparation of ground, fetching of sods & watering as per Technical specification Clause 309 of MoRD etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge .

Bill No. 2 : Pavement Works ( GSB, WBM, Bituminous Works & Cement concrete works )

Granular Sub-base/Surface course with admixture of Sand & moorum (Table 400.13) by mix in place method normal construction of Granular Sub-base by providing local material, spreading in uniform layers with tractor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at once & compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401.4 as per Technical Specification Clause 408 etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge .

Providing laying spreading and compacting stone agregates of specific sizes to Water Bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing, rolling with 80-100KN roller in stages to proper grade & camber, applying & brooming, stone screenings to fill up the interstices of course agregate watering & compacting to the required density as per technical specification Clause 405 (Grading A Stone Screenings) of MoRD etc.complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge .

Providing applying primer coat with bitumen Emulsion [SS-1] complying with IS:8887 on prepared surface of Granular base including cleaning of road surface & spraying primer @ 0.70-1.00kg/sqm using mechanical means as per technical specification clause 502 of MoRD for low porosity surface including cost, carriage etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge .

Providing applying tack coat with bitumen Emulsion [RS-1] complying with IS::8887 using or pressure hand sprayer @ 0.25-0.30kg/sqm on prepared granular surface treated with primer & cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503 of MoRD including cost, conveyance & royalty etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge .

Providing, laying & rolling of Open-graded Premix Carpet of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6mm aggregates using 60/70 pentration grade bitumen to required line, grade & level to serve as Wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying & rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity, finished to required level & grades to be followed by seal coat of Type "C" as per Technical Specification Clause 508 of MORD by manual means i,e, without paver finisher etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge .

Providing & laying Seal coat sealing the voids in bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade & cross-fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 of MoRD with S-65 grade bitumen laid by manual means I,e, without Cips spreader etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge .

Earth Work in Excavation for foundation of Structures up to 3m depth as per drawing & technical specification Clause 1104 including setting out, construction of shoring & bracing, removal of stumps & other deleterious matter, dressing of sides & bottom & backfilling with approved material for soil etc.complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge .

a) For toe CC Road

Providing cement concrete of M15 (1:2.5:5) mix in foundation up to a depth of 1.5m. below ground level & up to a height of 1.5m above Ground level / Bed level with 20 mm nominal size of hand/crusher broken hand granite stone aggregate of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering & laying in position in layers not exceeding 150 mm thick with proper packing & ramming by means of vibrator to proper slope & level including curing dewatering, shoring, shuttering if necessary at the time of laying concrete with cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials required for the work, including supplying and working of pumps and all other materials required for the work, T&P articles, including all labour finishing the exposed surface,smooth, providfing grooves and beads where ever necessary etc. complete in all respect as per Clause 802, 803, 1109, 1202, 1203 ofspecification MORD and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

For toe CC Road

Construction of un-reinforced plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub-base with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade) coarse & fine aggregates confirming to I.S.:383 maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity & appropriate weigh-batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying & fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing) spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, scree & plate vibrators & finished in continous operation including provision of contraction & expansion, construction of joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant near approaches to bridge/culvert & construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14 days, using curing compound (where specified) and water, finishing to lines & grades as per drawing & Technical Specification Clause 1501 & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge .

Providing and laying 350 mm Dia Reinforcement cement concrete pipes of NP3 for culverts in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonry works in headwall and parapets as per clause 1106 of MORD specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and laying Reinforcement cement concrete pipes of NP3(conforming to relevent I.S.Specification)type for culverts ,joining ends in cement mortar 1.2 including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P required for the work etc. compelete as per clause 1100(i) of MORD specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

RCC M-30 in Wearing Course using 12mm size & down graded saize stone aggregates in foundations upto a depth of 1.5mtr.below G.L & upto a height of 1.5m.above G.L.or bed level including cost & conveyance of all materials to site & all labour charges completa as per clause 600, 700 & 1200 of MORD specification including cost,Conveyance & royalty,T&P materials required for the work complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including cost of Steel .

Providing HYSD reinforcement/MS round bars required for R.C.C. works including cost and conveyance of tested M.S./T.S. rods and binding wire of 18 to20 gauge, T & P articles including labour charges for straightening , cutting,bending,binding,and welding if required and tying the grills and placing in proper position as required ( incase of availability of rods in Departmental store,the same can be supplied to the contractor at prevailing stock issue rate ) og grade S 240 and S 415 confirming to IS 432 & IS 1786 respectively with approved design etc complete as per clause 1000, 1002, 1010 & 1202 of MORD & as per direction of Engineer-In - charge.

Road A(For Box Cell)

Providing Weep Holes in Brick masonary/Stone masonary, plain/ reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100mm dia AC Pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing & technical specification as per section 600,700 & 1200 of MoRD etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge .

Providing 600mm.thick filter media in the rear of abutment & wing walls with 5cm. Size & down graded clean hard broken granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge including cost,conveyance,royalty & taxes of all materials,T&P articles required for the work etc.complete as per clauses 1200 of specification of MORD & as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge .

RCC M-25 using 12mm size & down graded saize stone aggregates in foundations upto a depth of 1.5mtr.below G.L & upto a height of 1.5m.above G.L.or bed level including cost & conveyance of all materials to site & all labour charges completa as per clause 802,804, 805, 806, 807, 1202 7 1204 of MORD specification including cost,Conveyance & royalty,T&P materials required for the work complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing cement concrete of M-10 (1:3:6) mix 40 mm and down graded size stone aggregate in foundations upto a depth of 1.5 m below Ground level and upto a height of 1.5m above ground level/bed level including cost and conveyanceof all mterials to site, and all laboiur charges complete as per Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 of specification of MORD including cost, conveyance, royality, taxes, labour, T&P & all other materials required for the work complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Gravel backing to rear side of stone Packing including cost of moorum, T&P, labour etc. complete as per MoRD & direction of Engineer-in-Charge .

Painting two coats to guard posts including cost of enamel paint, labour etc. complete as per MoRD & direction of Engineer-in-Charge .

Bill No.-4Trafic signs,Marking & Road safety & Road Furnitures

Providing and fixing of typical PMGSY informatory sign board with Logo as per MORD specifications and drawing. Three MS Plates of 1.6 mm thick, top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm x 5m size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5mm. The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 nos. 75mm x 75 mm of 12 SWG sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 450mm x 450mm x 600mm, 600mm below ground level. The top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47mm x 47mm of 12 SWG steel plate tube. All M.S. will be stove enameled on both sides. Lettering and printing arrows, border etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing Clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.1 of MoRD etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge .

Supplying and installing of measurement stones including painting, lettering in accordance with the specifications as per clause of MoRD etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge .
