Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for as in fencing/ gates etc complete all as specified and as directed

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out soft/loose soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25 cm, all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix posts and struts in fencing (Tubular pipes, Angles, Flats etc. including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc. flat iron fillets and bars (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc. and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, all as specified and as directed.

`-Ditto- all as per item No 03 above but fabrication and fixing only (except material) Note: Serviceable material obtained from item No 1 shall be used)

M&L for Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other tubular section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Gate to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings running rails bearing wheels and guides) also fastening and fixing complete, conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix MS Plates (plain or chequered) channels, cut to required shape, welding, drilling holes etc. at any position complete,conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel (anti corrosive) paint over a coat of anti-corrosive primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces n exc 10 cm width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint and applying two coat of synthetic enamel (anti corrosive) paint over a coat of anti-corrosive primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling old chain link fencing wire mesh, any type from existing fencing posts complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, including binding wire etc. and fixing to fencing post with nut bolts, flat iron rails, straining bolts, etc. (Note: Flat iron, 'U' bolts and MS nut bolts shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.)

Supply only stainless steel 'U' Bolts with flat bolts for fixing Chain link fencing to the frame work

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) any dia with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm t0 10cm long

Supply only 3.50 to 4mm dia core wire PVC coated galvanized Iron (min 90 gsm) Chain link fencing, aperture size 50 x 50 mm, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Weight of chain link fencing inclusive of PVC coating. shall be found out by BOO)

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for PCC type B-1, 1:2:4, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in floors, coping, levelling course, for filling hold fast etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4 for laying topping layer of tile/ granite etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Granite 18 mm thick work (Rounded at edges and polished) in wall dado, columns, steps treads and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite as approved by GE complete, all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding screed and plaster (but not backing), removing rubbish out of MoD land, all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick screed bedding layers in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes tiles etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for designer parking tiles 30cm x 30cm x10mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry, complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Johnson

Surface excavation n exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out soft/loose soil, all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering, all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Hard-core of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6, Type C1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, laid in alternate bays with construction and dummy joints finished even and smooth etc including necessary formwork, all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for precast cement concrete 1:3:6, type C1 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete blocks surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) new or old prepared plastered external surfaces and including scaffoldings and cradles including hoisting and lowering as required with bracing, support complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m deep and making good bottom surface for laying /removing of cable, erection of poles in soft/ loose soil all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and not exceeding 1.5 meter above the starting point, and depositing where directed complete all as specified and as directed.

Sand cushioning (dry) in Trenches/Ducts for protection of UG Cables (below, above and around the UG Cable laid) of 23 Cm Spread thickness (8 Cm in depth before laying the Cable and 15 Cm in depth after laying the Cable) and punned to 18 cm there. Sand shall be obtained through digging at site n exc 500 mtrs distance and transporting to site, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

Material and labour for burnt bricks subclass B old size laid in trenches for cable protection all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in excavated soil in trenches, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out UNSV UG cables of any sizes from trenches/walls including all mounting accessories and GI tubing including making good to disturbed areas all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for XLPE insulated PVC sheathed armoured with multistranded aluminium conductor cable having cross sectional area 25 sqmm 4.0 core, 1100 volt grade, heavy duty conforming to IS :7098 (Part 2) laid in trenches/Ducts or passing through pipes or fixing on poles etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour PVC sheathed with multistranded copper conductor cable having cross sectional area 2.5 Sqmm 3.0 core, flexible round cable laid in trenches/ducts or passing through pipes or fixing on poles etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix LED Flood light 170 Watt ,230 V, AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP 66 protection with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp complete all specified and as directed.

Supply and fix rigid non-metallic PVC conduit heavy duty size of 25 mm with accessories complete all specified and as directed

Supply and fix cable junction box made of HDPE material having IP 65 protection heavy duty water proof, weather proof, for outdoor installation, of size 205mm x255mm x112mm fixed with cable terminals including 4 nos HDPE gland fixed on pole with clamp nuts, bolts, washers including arrange TPN power supply IN and OUT Copper bus bar 200 Amps capacity system with holes, nuts blots, washers all specified and as directed. Supply and fix cross arm supporting for flood lights fixing system, frame 2.5mx1m size made of angle iron 40mmx40mmx5mm, 2 Nos of 3mm thick flat iron longitudinally fixed to frame,(To accommodate 8 lights in each frame) fixed to each existing PCC pole with clamps and back plates, fabricated from structural steel section including nuts and bolts, washers bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape for size, including applying two coat of corrosion resistant paint over primer all as specified and as directed .

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of small LT panel feeder pillar box type, weather and vermin proof outdoor type Panel box factory made, double door type, outdoor type CPRI approved, fabricated out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet compartmentalized design including mild steel channel frame of ISMC 75 at the base of panel grouted with PCC using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, duly epoxy powder coated, complete with heat shrink insulated aluminium bus bar of 100 Amps rating 04 Nos including all connections with aluminium strips, complete including pillar box shall be provided with danger notice plate with skull & bone sign, PVC casketed and sealed, making all incoming and outgoing electrical cable connections with new lugs, glands to be provided at cable entries, including angle iron support 40x40x6 mm with 50 CM height from ground level at the base of panel complete all as specified and as directed.
