Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for all lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

(a) All kinds of soil.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth. sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and for all lift.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

(a) 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level :

(a) 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size de rived from natural sources)

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fllets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement:

(a) 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for

(a) Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete.

(b) Walls any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.

(c) Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers

(d) Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.

Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundations and plinth in :

(a) cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level.

(a) cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

12 mm cement plaster of mix :

(a) 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand).

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix :

(a) 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand).

6 mm cement plaster of mix :

(a) 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand)

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade :

(a) New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :

(a) Two or more coats on new work over and under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacturer.

Fencing with angle iron post placed at required distance embeddedin cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end postand corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on oneside only and provided with horizontal lines and two diagonalsinterwoven with horizontal wires, of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per100 m (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I.staples, turn buckles etc. complete. (Cost of posts, struts, earthwork and concrete work to be paid for separately). Payment to bemade per metre cost of total length of barbed wire used.

(a) With G.I. barbed wire

Supplying at site Angle iron post & strut of required size includingbottom to be split and bent at right angle in opposite direction for 10cm length and drilling holes upto 10 mm dia. etc. complete.
