Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m (one point five meter) in width or 10 sqm (ten square meter) on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m (one point five meter) including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. (fifty meter) including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental Charges. Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work upto plinth level 1:4:8 (one cement isto four coarse sand isto eight graded stone aggregate) 40mm (forty millimeter) nominal size including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental Charges. The rate including royality charges, octroi, malkhana, sale tax, G.S.T. and all other taxes as imposed by the Government.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 (seven point five) in superstructure above plinth level upto V level in all shapes and sizes in cement mortar 1:4 (one cement isto four coarse sand) including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental Charges. The rate including royality charges, octroi, malkhana, sale tax, G.S.T. and all other taxes as imposed by the Government.

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 (seven point five) in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement isto three coarse sand) including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental Charges. The rate including royality charges, octroi, malkhana, sale tax, G.S.T. and all other taxes as imposed by the Government.

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental Charges. The rate including royality charges, octroi, malkhana, sale tax, G.S.T. and all other taxes as imposed by the Government.

15mm (fifteen millimeter) thick cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:4 (one cement isto four sand) Both side including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental Charges. The rate including royality charges, octroi, malkhana, sale tax, G.S.T. and all other taxes as imposed by the Government.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade: New work (two or more coats applied @ 3.84Kg/10sqm (three point eight four kilogram/ten square metre) including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental Charges. The rate including royality charges, octroi, malkhana, sale tax, G.S.T. and all other taxes as imposed by the Government.

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm (zero point ninety litre/ten square meter) over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm (Zero point eighty litre/ten square meter) of approved brand and manufacture including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental Charges.
