a) Salary statement for the previous months with Bank statement/Bank Transfer details to corroborate the payment. b) Having paid due wages to all the workmen engaged in the provision of the services during the previous month (Copy of wage-slips & muster roll to be enclosed). c) If the bidder quotes contractor service charges less than 2% the bid shall be declared disqualified unresponsive and will not be considered. Further, the bid of the firm/company quoting “Contractor Service Charges” less than 2% of the bill value. d) Service charge quoted by bidder should include all expenditure on providing the Resources/managerial/supervisory/administrative services by all means to get the work done through the deployed staff. (Non-realistic/Vague quotation of this may amount to disqualification) e) No deduction, except statutory deductions, shall be done from the monthly payments of the manpower provided by the Contractor. f) Service Charge quoted by bidder shall remain fixed during contract period (i.e.3 years) and no escalation of service charge is permitted. The bidder should keep above facts in mind while quoting the service charge. Escalation upto 5% will be provided if contract is renewed. g) For Items Sl.No 3.06 Chiller AMC With OEM Cost for One Year and Sl.No.3.07 DG AMC With OEM Cost for One Year to be quoted in Lumpsum.
