Taking down cement plaster of any description thickness including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of brick work as in walls/parapet walls, removing grass fungus weed, roots of trees completely grown on roof/wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ brick, straight or curved as plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified

M&L for 15mm thick rending in cement mortar 1:4 on mixed with water proofing compound as per manufactueres instructions on brick or concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately as supply onl;y.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint complete s all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint complete surfaces all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15mm dia steel tubing and connections including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store and cutting chases and making good surfaces after provision of new pipes and matching with the existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note : New pipes shall be measured and paid seperately.

S&F 15mm dia bore tube medium grade galvanized with all fitting and fixed to walls or laid in floors/ wall etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning the existing surfaces with wire brushes and applying neat cement slurry using cement @ 3 Kg /Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick (Avg thickness) PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in padding over roofs to maintain slope complete all as specified an directed.

M&L for 10mm thick screeding in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions over PCC padding green concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note : Water proofing compound shjall be measured and paid separately as supply only.

M&L for priming the plastered roof surfaces with bitumenous primer @ 0.30 Kg per sqm and applying mineral finish APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3 Kg per Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (Wt not less than 150 gms/per Sqm) and on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete tiles 25cmx25cmx22cm thick set jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry in floors/roof with grey cement and pigments over & including 20mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specfied and directed.

Preparation of roof top surfaces, providing and applying UV stable single compontent Smart Care Damp Proof Ultra is a fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid applied water proofing membrane formulated with PU hybrid polymers and reinforcing acrylics fibres and having Sun reflectivity Index (SRI) of 106 on top of concrete roof surfaces in three coat including self primer at ratio of damp proof ultra and water 3:1 and coverage @ 1Ltr/1 Sqm with a thickness of 650 micron, the vital physical and chemical parameters shall be as under : Min Elongation at breck of 350% Resists positive hydrostatic pressure of upto 10 bars, crack bridging ability of 2.5mm at 650 microns. The material shall be applied with brush or roller, complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in Charge/Consultant. (Note : 6 Hrs interval between two coat will be maintain & the work will be carried out through Company applicator duly got approved from Accepting Officer in writing before incorparation) and will be paid only after receiving of the warrenty certificate from the Company. Make :Asian paint or equivalent as approved by GE

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specficially provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in cover slab for tank staging, manhole covers and similar articles with plain face, set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified. Note : Reinforcement bars shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over bars cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking bends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 1000 Ltrs capacity rotational moulded polythylene water storage tank triple layer wall construction (cylinderical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including dismantling existing water tank of any description and removing the same away from the site complete all as specified and directed.
