Dismantling of old 40 MVA, 132/33 KV transformer and its accessories after draining of its oil in empty drums, opening of all jumpers, disconnection of earth strips and dismantling of its RTCC panel, control & relay panel etc. Filling with nitrogen gas in emptied transformer after vaccumising it.
Dragging, loading, cartage of 40 MVA T/F , T/F oil and its accessories such as RTCC panel, oil drums from 132 KV Sub-station Bazpur to 132 KV Sub-station Ramnagar including unloading of 40 MVA T/F at 132 KV S/S Ramnagar and shifting to plinth complete.
Erection of 33 KV Fuse set.
Erection, commissioning, testing of 250 KVA, 33 KV/0.415 KV ,3-phase transformer including all its accessories and filling of transformer oil after centrifuging and attaining required BDV.
Earthing of all structures & equipments with MS flat including Painting of all earth strips of all equipments with two coat of green enamel paint after applying one coat of redoxide primer all work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Steel reinforcement for RCC work including starightening, cutting , bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level : Cold twisted bars.
Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.
Supply and spreading of earth by earth work in excavation by mechanical/manual means over one side of revetment wall ,in layer not exceeding 20cm in depth,consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering including all lead lifts (land of earth supply to be arranged by contractor at his own cost).
Providing and fixing of best quality Kota stone flooring of size (18" X 18") over 20mm (avarage) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the floor, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 fine sand) in 25 mm thick base.
Fixing of Indoor Luminaires LED, 20 Watt recessed lights including supply and fixing of PVC condiut flexible pipe, JB switch and distribution board, ELCB and 2.5mm copper multi core cable, with tagging etc completion in all respect as per direction of Engineer Incharge.
Proving and fixing of False ceiling of control room, carrier room etc with insulated back alluminium coil or metro or equivalent make in but textured tiles with approved surface pattern of size 600X600mm having noise reduction property, light reflection over 75% humidity resistant, fixing to the structure by butterfly clip hanger, suspention wires and anchor fastener as per manufacture's specification of good quality. The work includes providing & fixing of Aluminium composit panel (ACP) with glass in old aluminimum window and other places for covering of open space with the help of suitable joint etc including providing and fixing of pelmets and curtains as per requirement and other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily.
Distempering with first quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) apply two coat having voc contant less than 50gram/liter,of approved manufacture of required shade and colour complete,as per manufacture specification including all material, labour cost and T&P.
Dismantling of existing wall, windows etc. of control room safely including disposal of waste at an unobjectionable place as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
GI Lattice structure including Anchor bolts & GI nuts & bolts.
