Supplying and fixing single pole blanking plate in the existing MOB DB complete etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing following rating, 415 V, 10 kA, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

MV CABLE JOINTING & END TERMINATION

Supplying and making end termination with copper reducer/bottle lugs/terminal lugs for following size of PVC insulated copper stranded cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Supplying and fixing of following size ISI marked PVC insulated and PVC sheathed copper single core and multi-core shaethed bright annealed bare copper flexible cables for voltage grade 1.1 KV grade as required.(Make:Finolex,RR cable,KEI or equvalent) including necessory clamps, screw etc. as required.

Charges for removing the old wall mounted DB's, making good the damages of the wall/ floor including painting, dismantle the DB and other accessories without any damage and conveyance of the material to the godown etc, as required.

Removing of Conduit including conduit, wires, clamps etc. as required and handing over to the store/yard.

Supply and fixing of 50 W Flood light fitting , 5700K, CRI >80, Efficacy >110 lm/watt, THD <10% driver efficiency >90 PF> 0.95 cool white LED, IP 66 or higher rated water proof protection, Robust PDC aluminum housing with LEDs with secondary optics complete with all accessories etc, as required. Removing tube light and fixture with/with out rad/clamp from cealing/wall handing over to EMU store safely as required.

Removing cealing fan with rad, regulator from switch board, handing over to EMU store safely including stacking of fan leafs as required.

Removing of point wiring including cealing rose, conduit, wires, switches(modular/piano type) switch board, clamps etc. as required and handing over to the store/yard.

Supply and laying of one number of 8 SWG good quality bare copper wire for loop earthing along with existing XLPE insulated aluminium cable as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 2.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement, watering pipe etc. (but without charcoal/ coke and salt) as required

Supply of suitable amount of earthing compound (EXCEL compound or equivalent) etc. as required.

Supply and fixing of LED Bulk head Luminaires (Crompton STUD, LBHP-10-CDL or equvalent) with Efficacy >100 lm/W, CCT>5600K ANSI, IP 65 Protected.Including necessory clamps, screws, fastners etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing of 8/10 mm "S" type steel fan hook including chipping,welding, painting making good the damages etc. as required

Providing and fixing extra conduit down rod of 20 cm length G.I pipe,15 mm dia,heavy gauge including painting etc. as required. (Note: More than 5 cm length shall be rounded to the nearest 10 cm and 5 cm or less shall be ignored)
