1 It is mandatory to execute all items of the tender in any quantity at any location at any time.

Security Deposit amounting 7.5 % of bill amount shall be deducted from bills , out of which 50% of

Security Deposit will be released after first year and remaining 50% of Security Deposit shall be

released after second year from the certified last date of time limit of main work order.

Contractor shall have to give Guarantee for Indian type water proofing / Membrane type
