Supply and fixing prefabricated meter box made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet duly powder coated of approx size 50cm x 60 cm to accommodate 6 Nos single phase energy meter, front portion of the meter box to be provided with four opening to take the reading of energy meter and the four slit is to be covered/fixed with glass, necessary sunmica sheet of suitable size to be provided inside the meter box to fix the energy meter, with locking arrangements complete all as directed and as specified. Note: Energy meter shall be measured and paid seperately.

ROAD / PATH / HARD STANDING/CULVERT

M & L for Granular sub Base (GSB) with grading V of 150mm thick Compacted thickness (laid in two layers of 75mm each, Compacted seperately) confirming to grading as specified, spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient asnd camber complete using necessary mechanical paver/ Grader and vibratory soil compacter of Capacity 8-10 ton all as specified and as directed. (a) Pavement shall be made for solid quantity arrived after consolidation. (b) Compaction of granual sub base filling shall be carried out under Optimum moisture condition to achieve 98.50 modified density. (c) Curing shall be carried out as per IRC recommendations. (d) Before execution of this item the approved material obtained from outside MD land shall be tested/ checked for suitability to use. (e) The lead/ Royalty involved is to be ascertained by the contractor before quoting his tender and no extra payment/ Adjustment for increased in lead or Rate of Royalty due to whatever reason shall be admissible on his account. (f) Contractor shall use Vibratory earth compactor inlieu of Power roller to achieve 98 % MDD at OMC without any extra cost and the method of compaction to be adopted as per recommendation of agency reporting MDD at OMC. (g) GSB shall be as per MORTH specification as detailed in Particular specifications.

M & L for Wet mix Macadam of 250mm thick (Compacted thickness) laid in three layers compacted seperately with Coarse aggregate of specified grade spred rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete using mechanical paver/ Grader and Pandom Vibrator of capacity of minimum 8-10 Tons at OMC to achieve atleast 98% MDD determained using modified Proctor density determination method as per IS code on prepared GSB surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc. on road surface with hot applied retro reflective thermoplastic paint confirming to MORTH (Clause. 803.40) all as specified with 8% glass beads using special applicator machine with heating arrangement upto 160 Degress C, including cleaning and drying the road surfaces to ensure dust,oil,grease and moisture free surface beforeapplying paint complete all as specified as directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Construction of Valve Chamber of size 750 X 750 X 750 mm comprising of 50mm thick PCC 1:5:10 type E2 foundation, 200 mm thick brick wall in CM 1:6, 15 mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 internally and externally upto 50mm below GL, 100 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type B1 as in copings, 3mm thick MS sheet cover with suitable hinges and locking arrangements, painting steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer including necessary earth work and excavation in any type of soil complete all as specifed and as directed.

Cutting existing steel tubing for alterations or additions necessarily done in position without taking down and inserting T of 100 x 100 x 80 mm and Tee of 80 x 80 x 80 mm for tapping complete all as specified and as directed.

FIRE ALARAM SYSTEM

Supply and fix 2 core 1.5 sqmm1100V grade FRLS armoured copper cable as per IS:1554 with metallic conduit and conduit accessories to wall/roof/false ceiling/ floors with necessary clamps/saddles all as specified and directed.

FIRE FIGHTING SYSTEM

Supply and fix Star delta starter for booster pumpset with single phasing preventor suitable for 7.5 HP motor with steel sheet enclosure complete all as specified and as directed.

ARBORICULTURE

Supply & Planting carpet Grass by piece turfing including preparation of ground upto 30 cm deep and filling soft soil, cow dung and watering etc,. (loose soil, cow dung Pesticides and manures shall be measured and paid separately as supply only ) by complete all as specified and directed.

h) Over load warning indicator both audio and visual type with tripping system having relays etc (overload protection/tripping system). j) Front landing door of stainless steel mirror finish operations with a minimum time of 10 seconds and up to a maximum time of 30 seconds. k) Car size shall be in confirmity with IS -3534-1976 and body to be stainless steel of 16 gauge SS moon rock finish with stainless steel hand rail 38mm hairline finish. l) Set of three in number limit switches at the bottom and top most position of lift hoist ways as specified in IS m) Mirror of 4mm thickness of suitable size as specified. n) Opeing with mirror of 5mm thick 200X600mm size in all the doors (Car/Landing doors). o) Specification plate with complete details. p) Continous earthing for machine and equipments. s) Full length display indicator panel. t) Main drives and control shall be of latest , high effective and low power consumption.

u) Suitable phase reversal relay shall be provided on the controller to protect lift/equipment against phase reversal, phase failure and low voltage. v) Stainless steel front opened landing door with small opening for vision of size 200mm x 800mm with toughened glass not less than 8mm thick. w) Intercom be connected with nearest security post

Note for LIFTS :- Cost of comprehensive/periodical maintenance of Lifts including spare parts during defect liability period is deemed to be included in the rate quoted for the lift item under respective Phase.

MAINTENANCE OF ARBORICULTURE

Material and labour for maintenance including watering and fertilization of all the grass/plants/trees by weeding housing saucer melding once in every 15 days, planting new plants/grass spices and height with out any extra cost to the department for period of maintenance period of 06 (SIX) months from the completion date of project complete all as specified and directed.

Note for comprehensive maintenance:- (i) Comprehensive maintenance consists of preventive and breakdown services including replacement of material and labour for major/minor spare parts & consumables like topping of gear oils/grease/door rollers/relays/door belts/gate lock contacts and hardware like bolts and nuts including load testing of lift for satisfactory performance once in a year complete and rate quoted by the tenderer includes for the above lifts. (ii) Preventive maintenance consists of carrying out routine check by skilled personal as specified in particular specification and as recommended by Engr-in-charge and lubrication to all moving parts, topping up of oils as per lubrication chart including materials and labour for all consumable and major/minor spare parts. (iii) Breakdown maintenance consists of attending to the faults that may occur and carrying out necessary repairs to electrical and control circuits and mechanical components of the lift that may occur during the operation.

(viii) The contractor shall submit the MOU with the OEM for carrying out comprehensive maintenance of lift at least 6 months prior to the date of completion of work.
