Internal painting work for residential quarters at HWBF Talcher colony in year 2023-24.

Amount

Supplying and laying 6 mm thick plasters in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) proportion in ceilings of RCC slabs and all kinds of maintenance works including hacking of concrete surfaces, curing, scaffolding, drip mould etc., all complete at all levels as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supplying and laying 12mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) proportion in all kinds of maintenance works including hacking of concrete surfaces, curing, scaffolding etc., all complete all levels as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supplying and applying one or more coats of distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand like ASHIAN/BERGER/NEROLAC/ANY APPROVED BRAND and shade over already distempered / primed scrapped surfaces of walls in residential quarters and public buildings including preparation of surface by scrapping and applying wall putty (as per the requirement) for distempering, cost of Brush, Sand paper, Wall Putty, Scaffolding etc. are in the scope of contractor.All the jobs shall be completed as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supplying and painting with synthetic enamel paint Two or more coats on new/old work of approved brand like ASHIAN/BERGER/NEROLAC/ANY APPROVED BRAND and manufacture to give an even shade including cleaning of surface and removing loose particles etc are in the scope of contractor.All the jobs shall be completed as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge.
