Removing of old paint and M&L for spray painting to form without back frame with 02 coats of black enamal paint of approved brand directed by Engr-in-charge

CHARPOY IP STEEL FRAME (MAP)

Removing of old unserviceable plywood top and S&F new 12mm thickness plywood top of size 1980x900mm exterior grade BWR of approved Make, fitted with suitable Nos and size of Nut, Bolt and washers on charpoy steel frame complete to match the existing & all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge & as shown in drawing

Removing of old paint and M&L for spray painting of 02 coats of enamel paint on charpoy steel frame with high class finishing including necessary scrapping smoothness the surface and as directed by Engr-in-charge

S&F of hard Rubber Shoes of 32x32mm to legs of charpoy steel frame as approved as directed by the Engr-in-Charge/GE

BED HARD STEEL FRAME (MAP)

Removing of old unserviceable plywood top and S&F new 12mm thickness plywood top of size 1980x900mm exterior grade BWR of approved make, fitted with suitable Nos and size of nut, bolt and washers on bed hard steel frame complete to match the existing & all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge & as shown in drawing

Removing of old unserviceable head board and S&F new head board of existing shape and size complete as per drawing, made out of 18/19mm prelaminated MDF board exterior grade ISI marked of existing size fixed with screws with 2mm thick PVC edging/beading all round the head board as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Removing of old unserviceable foot board and S&F new foot board of existing shape and size complete as per drawing, made out of 18/19mm prelaminated MDF board exterior grade ISI marked of existing size fixed with screws with 2mm thick PVC edging/beading all round the foot board as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Removing of old paint and M&L for spray painting of 02 coats of enamel paint on bed hard steel frame with high class finishing including necessary scrapping smoothness the surface and as directed by Engr-in-charge

RECANNING OF CHAIR VARANDHA

Removing of old broken plastic cane and recaning of chair varandah with & including new plastic cane of 03/04mm semi round, white colour, best quality of approved including painting with two coats of white synthetic enamelled paint on entire steel/iron surfaces of chair before recaning & including provn of new PVC shoes 20mm dia at bottom of legs after taking out old shoes all as specified including all material & labour, canning shall be done in Matt pattern

RE-CANNING OF VARIOUS TYPES OF FURNITURE

M&L for removing of old/broken/ unservisable plastic cane & re-canning of chair dinnig, chair CB without arms/chair writing,chairs CB with arms, chairs writing, chair CB office, chair easy FD/NF, chair, stool dressing CB, Couch set & bin solied linen with 2 to 2.5mm semi round cane plastic of white colour and border with 3 to 4mm semi round cane plastic of white colour. Rest all as per drgs. The canning work shall be done in Godraj pattern. Cane should be in white colour (vergin) & make as approved

Repair/Refixing ply top charpoy GI pipe

(a) Removing of old unservicable plywood and S&F new 12mm thickness plywood top of size 1980x900 mm exterior grade BWR type (Nos of ply 7) ISI marked fixed with10 Nos round headed bolts with nut & washer of size 5x75mm after drilling the holes at equal distance on rails (03 Nos on each long rail & 02 Nos on each short rail) The edge of plywood shall be smoothened alround & corner shall be rounded to a radious of 1cm iron carriage complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge & as shown on drawings

(b) Removing of old/unservicable long rail from charpoy GI Pipe and S&F of new long rail made out of GI Pipe 32mm nominal dia medium grade duly threaded at both ends upto 45mm all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge (Note : Unservicable long rails shall be converted into 01short rail & 01leg & measured under Sch itemNo. 13 (c) & 13 (d))

(c) Removing of old/unservicable short rails from charpoy GI Pipe and fixing only short rail made out of long rail retrieved from schedule No 18(b) duly threaded at both end upto 45mm & all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note: Unservicable short rails shall be converted into 01leg and measured in Sch 13 (d)

(d) Removing of old/unservicable leg from charpoy GI Pipe and fixing only leg made out from old long rails/short rails, retrieved under item Sl No 13 (b) & 13 (c) here in before duly threaded at one end upto 45mm and all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

(e) Re-threading of existing loose long rails, short rails and legs of 32mm dia GI Pipe upto 45mm and assembling to make a charpoy frame complete as shown on drawing and as directed by Engr-in Charge. (Note: Old existing loose long rails, short rails and legs shall be issued to the contractor for re-threading and assembling it to make a charpoy frame)

(f) Removing of Old/unservicable broken existing elbow of charpoy GI pipe and S&F new elbow GI 03 way 32mm medium grade ISI marked complete all as specified & directed

(g) Removing of Old/unservicable broken existing check nut of charpoy GI pipe and S&F new elbow check nut 32mm medium grade ISI marked complete all as specified & directed

Provn of 01 No of flat iron MS strip of size 900mm x 32mm x 3mm at the center of long rails of Charpoy GI Pipe, duly painted with 01 coat of red oxide & 02 coats of black synthetic enamel paint as directed by the Engr-in-Charge/GE

RECUSHIONING OF SOFA SET 05 SEATS / 04 SEATS

(a) Removing the existing unserviceable covers from detachable foam cushion and S&F new cover made out of superior quality tapestry cloth of approved quality (locally available), not less than Rs. 550/-per meter) duly stitched as per size of seat & one side stitched with zip chain of approved quality complete all as specified & shown on drgs & approved by GE

(b) S&F foam cushion 100mm thick and 40density, size 22”x21”x4” duly covered with new cover made out of superior quality tapestry cloth of approved quality (locally available), not less than Rs. 550/-per meter) duly stitched as per size of seat & one side stitched with zip chain of approved quality complete all as specified & shown on drgs & approved by GE

M&L for spray painting 02 coats of synthetic enamel paint of black colour on old surface with high class finish including necessary scrapping, denting & smoothening the surface by cleaning, removing of old paint marks etc, rubbing with sand paper, filling gaps/ holes/ bore holes etc with paste filler to under mentioned items complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge
