Taking down carefully copper/ aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) including fixtures and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fittings, call bell and removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring in PVC casing & caping all as required at site of size confirming to IS 2079-1973 medium grade on surface with PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable (FRLS) 1.5 sqmm nominal cross sectional area 1100 volts grade with all fittings such as elbows, bends, junction boxes, saddles including PVC board (ISI Marked) and screws and rawal plug including 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated & unsheathed copper conductor cable as earth wire and connected to light/fan & common earth dolly with necessary copper thimbles all as specified and directed for one light/bell point controlled by one ,one way switch.

M & L for cleaning of water storage RCC semi under ground sump, pumping out/taking out residual muddy water using mud pump or by manually including removing all sludge and dirt from wall and floors of sump and from pipe etc., by applying bleaching powder and by scrubbing with wire brushes and taking out all sludge/salt from sump and deposit at a distance exceeding 50m but n.exc 100mtr complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. The empty sterilized with 2% solution of potassium permanganate and incl two coat of synthetic enamel cement base paint of external surface of the tank writing, location, capacity and date of cleaning with white paint over black paint firm and hand writing over a black paint with synthetic enameled paint etc complete for entire satisfaction to the to the Engr-in-Charge of the following size.

(a) 25000 Gallon capacity

(b) 10000 Gallon capacity

Taking out old air release valve and supply of Cast iron air release valve with two air outlet, 100mm dia bore incl massonary work for stand post of air release valve all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
