Demolition of brick/ block/ stone masonry built in cement or cement lime mortar all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for walling of Porbandar stone masonry squared rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified .

Ditto all as per item No. 2.00 above but except stone (stone obtained from item No 01).

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks type C1 (1:3:6) using 20mm graded stone aggregate , exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per item No. 4.00 above but except block (block obtained from item No 01).

Taking down cement plaster from stone walls etc incl racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of stone masonry surface in CM 1:4 incl finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick/ block masonry surface in CM 1:4 incl finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new surface of walls and applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of compatible primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of precast cement concrete articles all as specified & directed.

M&L for 35mm thick precast cement concrete louvers and jallies type C-0 (1:3:6) using 12.50mm graded aggregate (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame, set in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Ready made ornamental precast reinforced precast designer pillars (Size 100x100x900 mm) made of cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings. kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bedplates, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks, bonders (for stone walling) corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in mortar 1:4, complete with joints to match all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S& F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified

S&F in repair galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for restaining, resecuring of steel barbed wire fencing including making good staples etc. complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise described for of any description.

M&L for broken glass coping on top of wall in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified.

S&F in repair bitumen dip concertina coil punched tape 2.60mm dia high tensile steel spring steel wire dia of coil 610mm, when stretched the length shall be 6m in one coil and tied to barbed wire with and incl provision of steel slips @ 5 clips spiral in one row complete without coating complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old steel surface of any description exc. 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surface of any description exc. 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.
