CONSTRUCTION OF WATER RECYCLING TANK OF 300 M3 CAPACITY IN ETP

Preparation of work site by all means including dismatling the light post, cutting of all vegitation, trees, etc. as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Earth work excavation by mechanical/ manual means upto 1.5 m depth for foundations, watertanks, drains, columns footings equipment foundations, etc exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sq.m on plan in all classes of soil except hard rock requiring blasting including dewatering if required, providing shoring/ structing/sheet piling as protective measure based on the site condition, back filling the excavated portions in the sides of foundation, retaining walls etc. with the spoil earth in layers, breaking clods, watering, ramming, consolidating, conveying and depositing the excess soil or filling in low lying area and levelling anywhere with in the company premises at places pointed out by the engineer in charge.

Plain cement concrete works in 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 coarse aggregate by volume using mixture machine with coarse aggregate of 40mm nominal size in foundation bed, flooring, levelling course, brick works etc. including shuttering,mixing , laying, consolidating, curing, cost of all materials, labour etc. complete.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed M-25 grade concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying , excluding the cost of centering, shuttering finishing and reinforcement, including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Additional rate for using extra cement in the item of design mix over and above the specified cement content therein (Rate shall be for the additional cement used in excess of 330kg/m3)

Providing centering, shuttering,including strutting ,propping , fixing and removing straight or curved shuttering in concrete during casting, including making provisions for core holes for pipe lines, pockets, etc. of all sizes and shapes for foundations, retaining walls, coloumns, slabs, beams, at all levels including hire for materials, cost of labour providing shuttering oil to surfaces in contact with concrete, etc. complete (Measurement to be made for the area of shuttering coming in contact with concrete o nly).

Cement Concrete Solid Block Masonary Work In C M 1:6 using solid cement concrete blocks ( As Per IS 2185) of approximate size 300 x 200 x 150 mm for superstucture walls, compound walls etc. including cost of all materials, curing etc. including cost of all materials, curings etc. complete.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:4, 12 mm thick in one coat, floated hard and troweled smooth including necessary scaffolding, curing, cost of all materials etc. complete.

Providing and applying integral crystalline slurry of hydrophilic in nature for waterproofing treatment to the RCC structures like retaining walls of the basement, water tanks, roof slabs, podiums, reservior, sewage & water treatment plant, tunnels / subway and bridge deck etc., prepared by mixing in the ratio of 5 : 2 (5 parts integral crystalline slurry : 2 parts water) for vertical surfaces and 3 : 1 (3 parts integral crystalline slurry : 1 part water) for horizontal surfaces and applying the same from negative (internal) side with the help of synthetic fiber brush. The material shall meet the requirements as specified in ACI 212-3R-2010 i.e by reducing permeability of concrete by more than 90% compared with control concrete as per DIN 1048 and resistant to 16 bar hydrostatic pressure on negative side. The crystalline slurry shall be capable of self-healing of cracks up to a width of 0.50mm. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the engineer-in-charge. The product performance shall carry guarantee for 10 years against any leakage. - FOR FLOORS

Providing reinforcement to RCC works at all levels with Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more including all charges for uncoiling and straightening rods, cutting rods, bending cold, placing in position and tying with black annealed tying wire of 22 gauge, cost of bars, labour, wires, cover blocks etc. complete.

Providing expansion joint in RCC structures,including providing the provisions for gap, joint sealing compound, water bars etc. as per IS 3370 and the direction of engineer in charge

Construction joint - Providing construction joint in retaining walls using 230 mm PVC water bars of dumbell with center bulb including making provisions, as per IS 3370, cost of material, labour etc. complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.
