M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, sub base for flooring etc. all as specified

M&L for mild steel work in hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as specified

Supply only Chain link mild steel galvanized fencing, any size or type all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips etc for chain link fencing all as specified.

M&L for preparation of newly or previously untreated steel & iron surfaces of any description exceeding 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified

Dismantling of barbed wire fencing any type and size complete all as specified

S&F for galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles including removal of debris from site to outside MoD land all as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius using old size bricks & built in cement mortar (1:6) all as specified.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces including finished even and fair without using extra cement all as specified .

Dismantling of concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil of any type, dia and size complete all as specified.

S&F for concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil of any dia, having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length (before stretching), on up to 3 mtr height of wall with ‘Y’ shaped angle iron post placed, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron with reinforced barbed tape (R.B.T.)/ spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 Kg/Sqcm with tape (0.5mm thick) and weight 43.478 Gm/mtr complete all as specified and as directed. (Notes: Angle iron post shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash all as specified

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as specified.

M&L for framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E 165) all as specified.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies in 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm thick graded stone aggregate , 35mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings complete all as specified.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips etc all as specified.

Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunch ings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including sup- ports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams etc rough finished surface of concrete complete.

M&L for periodical inspection, checking various parts, greasing and welding as required to make the mild steel door for easy and smooth operation area not exc 11 Sqm each for every three months interval and height upto 12 Mtr from ground level complete all as specified.

(Note:- Spare parts of rolling shutter shall be measured and paid as supply only in item No. 35 to 42 of schedule.)

Taking down collapsible gate for repair/replacement of damaged rivet and other parts including welding, greasing etc and re-fixing after repair in its original position and making good to disturbed surface to match with existing specifications including one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down existing mild steel rolling shutter shaft 40 mm to 50 mm and S&F MS shaft 40 mm to 50 mm dia, class 'C' inlcuding cutting, welding, drillling holes and re-fixing the bearing and other mounted accessories for rolling shutter of any size complete all as specification and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only MS springs suitable for rolling shutter of any size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only rubber bushes suitable for rolling shutters of any size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only opertaing handle for rolling shutters all as specified and as directed.

Supply only ball bearing suitable for rolling shutters of any size as ordered.

Supply only gear worn for rolling shutters of diffrent sizes as ordered all as specified and directed.

Supply only gearbox for rolling shutters of any sizes all as specified and as directed.

Supply only gearwheel for rolling shutters of any size 300 mm dia all as specified and as directed.

S&F for collapsible steel gates, top hung, consisting of channel pickets, pivoted flat bars, top and bottom runners, brass handles etc., as specified, erected in position and securing runners with holdfasts and brackets complete including taking down existing collapsible steel gate complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as requird to facilitate demolition) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifially provided for including removal of debris from site to outside MoD land all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (Nominal Mix) 1:1:5:3 type A-1(using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.50 m span and similar position complete all as specified.
