(The cost of completed work of the previous year shall be updated by giving weightage of 10 % per year to bring it to the price level of financial year in which the tenders are invited).

The contractors belonging to Scheduled Caste category should enclose Caste certificate issued by the concerned Tahasildar

The works prescribed for the Scheduled Caste Contractors, the only Scheduled Caste category contractors can apply and the contractor belongs to Scheduled Caste category shall be domicile of the state of Karnataka more than 10 years and should enclose the Domicile certificate issued by the concerned Tahasildar.

Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria will only be qualified if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. Tender To qualify for the award of the contract The bidder should have an annual financial turnover of Rs 50.00 lakhs in at least One financial year during the last 5 years (turnover during 2020-21 to 2024-25 only will be considered) duly updating the financial turnover at 10 % per year to bring it to the price level of financial year in which the tenders are invited. Audited profit and loss statement (with year wise turnover statement) certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant with mentioned compulsory UID number along with copy of Income Tax returns filed for the two years indicated above shall be furnished.( If UID Number not mentioned treated as incomplete and Rejected).
