Supply , Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Push Buttoon type starter having required capacity of L&T, HAvvels & other approved make of JSV. The Starter Panel shall be made out of 16 Gauge sheet, powder coated dust and vermin proof, wall/base mounted and front opening door type with copper insulated wiring suitable to operate as per requirement. Starter shall be comprising of various requisite accessories such as suitable volt meter, Amp meter, indicators MCB TPN, DOL starter etc Starter should be capable enough to handle the following faults like short circuit, over current, under current, over voltage, under voltage, dry run protection and phase loss with LED ON/OFF & TRIP indicators, Power Quality Monitoring & Controlling Relay at the Incomer Feeder, Should be fitted complete in all respects in lead and lifts and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and fixing copper PVC insulated submersible cable of approved brand such as havells, L&T and other approved brand by JSV from pump inside bore well upto the starter to be installed within the pumping station. The length of cable shall be as per actual requirement at site. Quantity- 1 Job

Supply of Kirlosker/Kilburn/BHEL/Leader make cast iron PN 1.60 double flanged swing check type reflux valve having size equal to delivery of Pump including cost of fitting, flanges, welding and nut bolts etc. Quantity- 1 No.

Providing, installation/lowering & testing of suitable size (as per delivery of pump) PPR pipe of superior quality and grade as per nominal pressure of brand Astral, Finelax, Appolo, Vectus, Jain Irrigation etc. Complete in all respects having length to be decieded by department during lowering of submersible pump. Quantity- 1 Job

Supplying and fixing rope wire of required thickness suitable to bear the weight of submersible motor pumps set and its accessories. Quantity- 1 Job

Supply and fixing of supporting clamps to submersible pump set as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in- Charge. Quantity- 1 Job

Testing of all the above equipments. Quantity- 1 Job

Rising Mains from bore wells to WTP Excavation in foundation and trenches etc.(in pipes and pits) in all kinds of soils such as pick work, jumper work, blasting in soft / hard rock, chiselling/wedging out of rock/where blasting prohibited) saturated soil stacking the excavated earth within all leads and lifts clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinth sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer –in-charge.

Laying in excavated trenches of below mentioned GMS tube with Butt welded Joint by means of electric arc welding complete in all respect within all leads & lifts as per entire satifaction of engineer in charge. (Cost of butt welding and excavation shall be paid seperately) 80 mm dia GMS(M/L) IS 1239

Providing Circumferencial Butt Welded joints by electrical arc welding for 80 mm dia GI Pipes Light/medium / heavy class, welded in requisite number of weld runs (Minimum Three) so as to achieve the minimum effective throat thickness of weld conforming to IS 816-1969 specifications, by using welding electrodes of 2.5 mm to 6.3 mm of Advani Oerlikon (Adore) - CITOJET / ESAB make, conforming to IS 814- 1991, at site of work complete in all respects, including manual / mechanical handling of pipes in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
