S&F in replacement 600mm dia Turbo vent in roofs of hangers at above 8mtr height, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness below or above ground level complete all as specified.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring complete all as specified.

M&L for 60mm thick (M-35) with grey cement and pigment, machine pressed precast concrete coloured interlocking ruberized moulded paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 complete all as specified.

M&L for sand cushioning/filling under floor including watering and consolidation complete all as specified.

M&L Pre-cast concrete block as in Kerb Stone (Machine made) with solid blocks Type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) exc 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5mm thick of colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall,fixed with hot dip galvanised self drilling fasteners with EPDM washers (one fastener on each crest) complete all as specified.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new steel surface of any description over 10cm in width or grith and appling two coat of synthetic enamel paint over priming with Redoxide complete all as specified.

M&L for closing small openings with HDPE nylone netting square or hexagonal using 1mm dia thread and opening shall not exceeding 5 sqm, binded with nylone thread at a height of 6 to10 mtr all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for closing small openings with steel wire netting of dia 1.40mm and aperture not greater than 20mm by welding to existing frame at a height of 6 to10 mtr all are specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F in repairs Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling along including Armstrong Perforated particle board tiles for insulation and acoustic purposes 600x600 mm in size, 16 mm thick fixed with nails, staples on snapgrid all as specified.

S&F in repair anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling size 605x605mm complete all as specified.

S&F in replacement Gypsum Board 12mm thick in ceiling fixed with screw as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified.

S&F in repair exposed metal frame ceiling with calcium silicate board 8mm thick of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre for fixing in 600 mm x 600mm grid (Frame work for ceiling shall be measured and paid separately) complete all as specified.

Demolition of stone/brick masonary built in cement mortar as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for squared rubble walling Jodhpur type brought upto courses, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item 31.00 here in before but except stone.

Extra over item 24.00 & 25.00 for hammer dressing to face stones with maximum depression on face from a straight edge not exc 20mm & dressing face beds and joints as specified to squared rubble walling, jodhpur type, brought upto courses complete all as specified.

Racking out joints/ pointing to squared rubble masonary, coursed or uncoursed in cement mortar complete all as specified

M&L for flush pointing to squared rubble, coursed or uncoursed stone masonry wall in CM 1:3 complete all as specified.

M&L for Cement Concrete nominal mix in 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channel & drains etc complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in conrete filling/coping complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from metal frame including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips and providing and fixing new glazing pin/clips etc complete all as specified.

Supply and fix only 4mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square not exceeding 0.5 sqm each panel complete.

Taking down cement plaster on any type of masonry work including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick plaster on any type of masonry surface in cement mortor (1:4) finished the surface even and smooth without extra using cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L 10mm thick rendering on any type of masonry surface in cement mortor 1:6 without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 5 mm thick, plaster in cement mortar (1:3) on surfaces of ceiling and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Preparing new plastered surfaces and applying two coat of oil emulsion (bound) distemper over a coat of primer on wall complete all as specified.

Preparing new plastered surfaces and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer on wall complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparing new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of white wash on newly plastered surfaces of ceiling including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified.
