SR Work to Sun Temple Katarmal District Almora.
Taking out the old damaged flake stone roof of Madapa and floor around the monument complex very carefully including stacking of serviceable material
Taking out the old decayed and termitted cheer wood planks, rafter, beams and doors very carefully and stacking properly serviceable material and disposal unserviceable etc. complete.
Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within a lead of 50m ordinary rock.
P/L lime concrete on the floor level in 50% 1:1:1 lime mortar with 20mm down guage stone aggregate including curring etc complete.
P/L 20 to 40mm thick stone flooring of different sizes over 20mm thick bae of 1:1:1 CM laid and jointed with slurry including cutting, dressing, fixing and curing etc.
Provision for CR stone masonry in super structure with dressing of stone from six sides and fixing in 1:1:1 lime mortar including curring etc. complete.
Providing and laying deodar wood beams, rafter and planks on the roof of Bhogshala very carefully as per old design/pattern including cutting dressing, planeing, polishing and fixing with fevicole nails and nut bolts etc and providing anti terminated oil on the all surface of wood structure. New wood 75%
