The rates quoted by the tenderer shall deemed to be inclusive for the following provisions in addition to the other conditions specified in the tender documents. No claim whatsoever shall be entertained at a later date on this account:- [i] The repairs shall be done by skilled workmen in the relevant field to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. The contractor shall engage sufficient manpower for the entire period so that progress of work shall not be hampered due to non availability of labour at any time. [ii] The contractor on getting information through Site order / Works diary regarding the nature of repair to be carried out, he shall immediately respond to the same and make all out efforts to carry out the same on priority within 48 hours. In case of any delay in responding / attending the repairs within 48 hours, the GE may at his absolute discretion impose penalty on the contractor at Rs. 100/- per day per each work ordered upto 05(Five) days and Rs. 200/- per day thereafter till completion of the work in case of delay without valid reasons as decided by GE. [iii] Further, the above penalty is applicable even for the multiple locations of work at the same period. It is the responsibility of contractor to make suitable arrangements for attending the repairs simultaneously at all the places. [iv] The decision of the GE as to whether a particular repair has been attended or not on a particular day will be final and binding. The above penalty shall be in addition to the provisions made in clause 50 of IAFW-2249 i.e (Compensation for delay in completion of work).

Taking down carefully Copper / Aluminium point wiring(light,fan,socket or power) complete along with fittings such as switches ,Sockets, ceiling rose , lamp holder ,tube light fittings and making good distrubed surfaces on walls etc.

M&L for point wiring with 1.5sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper cable of FRLS grade with one run of 1.5sqmm PVC insulated copper cable as earth continuity drawn in and including surface PVC conduit not less than 20mm dia including pressed steel consealed MS box duly covered with 3mm thick hylem sheets for mounting switches/Sockets, accessories such as spacers, saddles, junction boxes for one light / fan point / socket 5 Amp on independent board/ Bell point controlled by one switch.

All as per item No.3 above but 5 Amps socket on same board

All as per item No.3 above but with 4 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper FRLS grade cable with one run of 4sqmm PVC insulated copper cable as earth continuity for power socket on independent board.

All as per item No.3 above but stair case light point controlled by 2 Nos of 2 way switches for stair case wiring

Repairs of exhaust fan/air circulator/Pedestal Fan of any size by opening cleaning and rewinding the motor by suitable gauge of copper winding wire, bearing, and Painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and refixing with replacement of nut & bolts testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sub main wiring with 2 runs of 2.5 qmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper cable multistand 1100 V of FRLS grade with drawn in Surface PVC conduit not less than 25mm dia and one run of PVC insulated unsheathed of 2.5sqmm as earth continuity conductor drawn in PVC conduit with accessories complete NOTE: 2 runs of 2.5 Sqmm, 1 run of 2.5 Sqmm and 1 run of conduit will be measured as one unit i.e RM
