Supply,installation,commissioning and testing of Type - A Remote Terminal Unit Panel with 128 DI with CMR, 50 DO with Interposing Relays and 8 AI, Supports IEC 103, Modbus, IEC 101/104 Protocol, RS232/RS485 Ports- Minimum 2 nos, RTU have capability to store Data, 48 V/ 110 DC Operated, RTU Should be IEC 61850-3 Compliant, Minimum 2 Ethernet port at 33 KVA MRS complete all as specified and directed with following specifications:- (a) sending SMS alerts for highloading, over/under voltage of each phase and fault of VCB on pre defined numbers to 5 No mobile Nos. (b) Live digital parameters for phase/line voltage,phase/line current, PF and KWH of VCB. (c) Realtime data monitoring with no time delay. (d) Alerts are generated for various high/low parameters of VCB to 5 Nos mobile phone. (e) SMS alerts are generated to 5 No mobile phone in case of VCB trip high load of VCB (Make:- GE/ABB/SIEMENS) NOTE:-(i) It shall be lockable to prevent tempering with temper sensing system with capacity of taking action on temper detection to sent the information to the data center or send the SMS to specific mobile numbers. These actions be configurable from the data center.

(ii) Control panel shall be provided with necessary arrangements (MCB/relay/RCCB) (Make : L&T/Havells/Siemens) for receiving,distributing, isolating and protection of DC and AC supplies for various control and signaling circuit, potential circuit for relaying and metering and UPS backup of 1 KVA for 15 minutes power backup. (iii) The control panel should give alarm and annunciation of following with its resetting and transmission of same to control room * 415 V power failure * Frequency failure * Inverter failure * Any type of tempering in the machinery of the installation. (iv) The panel must be compatible with FTTH based connection modem supply by BSNL. (v) Data received by the main SCADA control center through FTTH cable shall be free from malicious like hackers and malware.

Supply,installation,commissioning and testing of Multifunction Transducers for line parameters with RS485 Modbus complete all as specified and directed.

Supply,installation,commissioning and testing of indoor type full wired Panels and shall be of suitable size made of 2mm thick CRCA sheet powder coated IP 43 confirming to IS 86231 and CPRI approved firmwith required accessories like MCBs, fuses, Terminal boxes.These quantities to be finalized as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed. (Make:- GE/ABB/SIEMENS/Sceneider/CIMCON) NOTE:-(i) It shall be lockable to prevent tempering with temper sensing system with capacity of taking action on temper detection to sent the information to the data center or send the SMS to specific mobile numbers. These actions be configurable from the data center. (ii) Drgs of panel and materials to be incorporated shall be approved before placing order to the firm.

Supply,installation,commissioning and testing of IIOT Based Condition monitoring system for Distribution Transformer with following Sensor( OIl Level,oil temperature, Winding Temperature,buchholtz relay and tap changer status and phase wire ampere, voltage, R,Y,B,N Lug temerature with Enery meter to measure Current voltage and other parameters and this Meter will communicate with Controller on Modbus and Sensors on Wireless with Controller. This Controller will communictae to CC either on LORA/GPRS or through FO on IEC 104 Protcol. M&L voltage stablizer automatic operation ,single phase ,naturally cooled ,indoor type ,designed for input variation between 170 to 250 with output voltage stablised at 230 Voltage with accuracy of + _ 2.5 % of capacity 4.0 KVA complete all as specified and dircected.

M & L for sub main wiring with 2 run of FRLS PVC insulated & unsheathed multistranded copper conductor of nominal cross sectional area 4.0 sqmm alongwith one run of FRLS PVC insulated & unsheathed multistranded copper conductor of nominal cross sectional area 4.0 sqmm as earth continuity conductor drawn through in PVC conduit all as directed.

Supply & Installation of maintenance free chemical earthing using electrode of size 50mm bore x 3 m long copper bonded and connected with 25x4mm GI strip complete with excavation, earth work, cast iron cover with back fill compound (Chemical/Back fill compound gel for earthing enhancement-50kg) complete as specified and directed. (Make : Erico/ Remedies Earthing System/ True Power or equivalent.) Note : (i) IR Value should be less than1. (ii) GI stip of size 25mmx4mm including installation 7.5m (Copper purity not less than 99%). (iii) The earthing system shall be designed, in accordance with IS : 3043-1987 and IEEE 80, Indian Electricity Rules, Codes of practice and regulatons.

MAINTENANCE & OPERATION WITHIN DEFECT LIABILITY PERIOD (DLP) 1. The communication network between Distribution & power transformers, Sub stns and 33 /11 KV MRS main monitoring & control station will be through BSNL FTTH connection under relevant item of Sch 'A'. 2. The SCADA communication system provided must be compatible to work effectively with BSNL FTTH connection. 3. The time delay in data communication among the monitoring and control panels, centralized control/ monitoring stations, sensors, transmitters and receivers and operation of circuit breakers etc shall be less than 05 seconds. 4.Operation of whole SCADA software system within defect liability period of 24 months will comprise of monitoring of SCADA software after satisfactory completion of work in Bareilly cantt (i.e. maint &operation of centre as specified including SCADA system). It includes:-

(i) One Engineer for a day of 8 hrs three shift round the clock for monitoring and report generation of SCADA system. (ii) Tools and machinery for whole SCADA Automation system. (iii) The technical shall be professionally qualified engineer not less than diploma holder in the field of information technology, instrumentation and control, Electronics or EEE engineering and shall have knowledge of installation and operation of SCADA system. (iv) The quoted rate shall also include the cost of security of entire system i.e. protection from malware attack and data theft etc. for efficient and secured operation of system.

All as per item No 32, 33 above complete but for comprehensive maintenance and operation for further 12 month under defect liability period. (Note for sl Nos 32, 33 & 34:- Repair/Replacement of u/s spare of any size any type for entire scada system with materials /Spares for 24 month under defect liability period after completion of work shall be provided by the contractor free of cost.)

Supply,installation,testing and commissioning of Modem for new FTTH connection points in Bareilly cantt for internet connectivity to External electric supply installations at Electrical sub stations & transformers(33/11 KV MRS- 01 Nos, 11 KV sub stations- 15 Nos,power & distribution transformers- 80Nos) to connect with main monitoring station with each sub stations & distribution transformers upto 200 KVA & above with suitable FTTH connectivity plan (plan Id-100 GB _CUL, speed: upto 20 mbps till 100 GB, 2mbps beyond 100GB unlimited data download, local+SDT unlimited on any network 24 Hrs) complete all as specified and directed.

Note for item Nos 34, 35 & 36:- (i) The BSNL monthly plan for the first month shall be taken by the contractor in the name of GE (W) Bareilly. (ii) Regular monthly plan after completion of the first month mentioned as above will be done by the department.

PART-II ( MAINTENANCE & OPERATION AND AMC AFTER DEFECT LIABILITY PERIOD)

Operation and AMC of whole SCADA software system of Bareilly cantt including replacement of unserviceable items/equipments which will comprise of monitoring of SCADA software after satisfactory completion of work and defect liability period in Bareilly cantt (i.e. AMC works of all the equipments/accessories other than items covered under item Nos 41 to 49 are deemed to be included in the quoted rate of AMC at site and master monitoring center as specified including complete SCADA system). It includes:- (i) One Engineer for a day of 8 hrs three shift round the clock for monitoring and report generation of SCADA system. (ii) Tools and machinery for whole SCADA Automation system. (iii) Repair/replacement of u/s spare of any size any type which is part of AMC except the items covered under item Nos 43 to 50 of part II. (iv) The technical shall be professionally qualified engineer not less than diploma holder in the field of information technology, instrumentation and control, Electronics or EEE engineering and shall have knowledge of installation and operation of SCADA system. (v) The quoted rate shall also include the cost of security of entire system i.e. protection from malware attack and data theft etc. for efficient and secured operation of system.

All as per schedule 'A' item No 39 as mentioned here-in-before but for comprehensive maintenance and operation for further 12 month after complition of item No 39 above.
