Construction of Anganwadi Centre at Rangapuram area in Samanasa (V) of Amalapuram (M) Est. Cost Rs. 15.00 lakhs Earth work excavation for foundations and depositing on bank for all lifts and with an initial lead of 10m including all operational, incidental, labour charges such as shoring ,sheeting, planking, strutting, etc. complete for finished item of work including seigniorage excluding dewatering charges etc as per SS - 20 B (APSS 308).

Filling with Sand in trenches, sides of foundations and basement with initial lead in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, consolidating each deposited layer by watering and ramming including cost and conveyance of water to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges, hire charges of T & P etc., complete for finished item of work. (APSS NO. 309 & 310)

Filling with useful available excavated earth (excluding rock) with a lead of 50m in trenches, sides of foundations and basement with initial lead In layers not exceeding 15 cm ( only labour charges)

Plain Cement Concrete corresponding to M7.5 grade as per IS 456 equivalent to (1:4:8) proportion nominal mix (cement: fine aggregate: Coarse aggregate) using 40mm size Hard Blasted Granite (IS383, 1970) metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, coarse aggregate, water etc. to site, including all operational, incidental, and labour charges such as mixing, laying and ramming concrete in layers in position not exceeding 15cm, finishing top surface, curing concrete, etc., complete for Foundations (APSS No. 402) .

Plain Cement Concrete corresponding to M 5 grade as per IS 456 equivalent to (1:5:10) proportion nominal mix (cement: fine aggregate: Coarse aggregate) using 40mm size HBG (SS5) metal from approved quarry with concrete mixture including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand(unscreened), coarse aggregate, water etc. to site, including seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials, all operational, incidental, and labour charges such as mixing, laying and ramming concrete in layers in position not exceeding 15cm, finishing top surface, curing concrete, etc., complete for finished item of work for Foundations and Flooring Bed (APSS No. 402)

Supply and placing of the M25 Grade Design Mix Concrete corresponding to IS 456 using WEIGH BATCHER / MIXER with 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (fine sand (unscreened) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and including Seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as weigh batching, machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc.,complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work (APSS No. 402) with minimum cement content as per IS code from standard suppliers approved by the department including pumping, steel centering, shuttering, laying concrete, vibrating, curing etc. complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work.

For RCC Slab of 125mm thick

Providing impervious coat over RCC roof slab to required slopes with CM (1:3) prop. 202mm thick (average) mixed with water proofing compound manufactured by reputed manufacturers as approved by Engineer-in-charge at 1Kg/bag of cement, laid over roof slab when it is green, finished smooth with a floating coat of neat cement and thread lining at regular intervals of 45cmx45cm including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine sand(screened), water proofing compound, water etc., to site, seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials, all operational, incidental and labour charges such as mixing mortar, laying, rounding off at junctions of wall and slab, rendering smooth with thread lining, curing, lift charges, etc., complete for finished item of work (APSS No. 901 & 903)

Brick Masonry in CM(1:6) with bricks traditional size 23X11X7 cim 2nd class for basement inclding cost and conveyance of all materials , labour charges , seignorage charges, scaffolding and curing charges etc. complete with a compressive strength not less than 50 kg/sqm for walls for basement

Brick Masonry in CM(1:8) with bricks traditional size 23X11X7 cim 2nd class for basement inclding cost and conveyance of all materials , labour charges , seignorage charges, scaffolding and curing charges etc. complete with a compressive strength not less than 50 kg/sqm for walls for superstructre

Ornamental Plastering 8 mm thick for Ceiling in CM (1:3) including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc., completed.

Plastering with CM (1:5) to 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges,mixing mortar, scaffolding, lift charges, curring etc.,for finished item of work.

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement complete as per drawings and technical specifications for Bars below 36 mm dia including over laps and wastage, where they are not welded, cutting, bending to required size and shapes placing in position with cover blocks of approved size and binding wire of 20 SWG forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings including cost and conveyance of bars from approroved sources to site of work with all taxes, including cost of binding wire, cover blocks, chains, overlaps, spacess dowels wastage etc., and all operational charges adn all labour chareges etc.,compete for finished item of work.

Supply and fixing of Sal Wood Door Double shutter fully pannelled of size 1.05x2.10m size with frame made of well seasoned Sal Wood Scantlings of size 100X75mm and shutter made of side railes of 125X38mm, top rail 125X38mm and bottom rail 125X38mm and intermediate rails of 125X38mm and pannels- 8Nos are of 25mm thick as per approved design with fixtures of 6 Nos of 9" 'Z' hold fasts, 300 long Alluminium aldrop-1No, 125mm long Butt hinges 6 Nos, Door stopper 1 No. 150mm long Tower bolt 1 No, 200mm long tower bolts 1 No, aluminium fancy handles 150mm long 1 No with necessary screws complete including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per specifications (APSS NO.1001&1002) Doors (1.05 x 2.10m) including overhead charges & Contractor profit, but excluding GST and Seignorage charges complete for finished item of work.

Providing and fixing factory-made uPVC any colour sliding glazed windowupto 1.50 m in height dimensioncomprising of uPVC multi- chamberedframe with in- built roller trackand sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from rollforming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVCprofile), appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads anduPVC extruded interlocks, EPDM gasket/TPV, wool pile, zinc alloy (white powder coated) touch locks with hook, zinc alloy body with single nylonrollers (weight bearing capacity to be 40 kg), G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mmsize for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screwsetc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage ofwater etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finishedwall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod ofrequired size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge inclusive of cost of Single / double glass panes, wire mesh and silicon sealent . Two track two panels sliding window made of (small series) frame 52 x 44 mm &sash 32 x 60 mm both having wall thickness of 1.9 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead of appropriate dimension. (Area of window upto 1.75 sqm)
