Design, Manufacture, supply, delivery, erection, testing, trial run and commissioning of 1440 RPM and 6.6 KV vertical turbine Pump set, including all accessories, appurtenances, surge protection devices, flow meter on common delivery main as per design requirement and as directed by the Department on turnkey basis including trial run. The rate is inclusive of Pumps, Motors, Panel Boards, maintenance tools, erection & commissioning, engaging required man power, operate and maintain the facilities during the trial run period. (The scope of the work includes electrical switchgear panels, soft starters, capacitor banks to maintain required power factor, electrical equipment, fire safety equipment, ventilation system, electrical safety system and including pumpset, shaft and connecting rotary system to motor etc, complete for finished item of work). The material of pumpset shall be of cast iron bowl, stainless steel shaft and impellors of Stain less steel (SS 316) material as per the IS 1710:2021 and subsequent amendments. The pumpsets shall be erected as directed by the department Engineer for delivering water to the discharge 3265 m3/hr @ Head - 42 m for column height 25.0 m, (Column pipe assembly over the initial length of 8.50 mts and the extra length of column pipe - 16.50 mts) and shall carry a warranty period of 5 years from the date of installation and B) HT 6.6 KV FCMA DIRECT LINE SOFT START and VCB Panel Board: Supply, Installation Testing and Commissioning of 6.6 KV, 550 KW FCMA LINE SOFT STARTER Panel Board and VCB panel board of indoor type floor mounted metal clad 3.3 KV/6.6 KV/l1KV 800 A with front operated, dust tight, vermin proof, totally enclosed cubicle, free stand floor mounted indoor type designed, manufactured in line with relevant clauses of IEC / ISI standards the applicable standards are per IEC 60289 / 60076-6 for reducing motor starting current with Suitable Inductive coils, by passed Vacuum Contactor, reduces the starting current to a low value. The impedance of FCMA DIRECT LINE SOFT START module decreases with increasing motor speed by flux. The enclosure shall be made with 2mm CRCA sheet steel, powder coating, copper Bus bars, HT insulators etc., with 3 Phase, 400A Capacity, 6600V, 50/60 Hz Operating Voltage, 110VDC CONTROL VOLTAGE, 230 V AC Auxiliary supply, 45 - 55 deg ambient supply, Class H/F Insulation, Duty cycle - 2 start from cold and 1 hot star or 4 equal spaced start / hour, Natural air cooled with exhaust fans, Enclosure: Floor mounting cubicle with Bottom cable entry in IP41 grade of protection, Epoxy powder coated finish, with JAIDREE/ ELTECH make. and VCBs suitable for 50Hz 3-phase system, suitable for 26.3kA/3sec short circuit withstand capacity & 26.3kA/ 1sec Internal Arc capacity. Switchgear Panel enclosure of sheet steel preferably Aluzinc, dust tight, vermin proof, totally enclosed cubicle floor mounting, free standing type with single break, horizontally drawout type breaker with trip free mechanism as per latest standard i.e.IS/IEC 62271-200 as amended up to date and as per technica[ specifications, IP4X for VCB Panel enclosure.
