Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement: four coarse sand : eight graded, crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size excluding the cost of centering and shuttering in all works up to all floor level including curing and carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:5:10 (one cement: five coarse sand :ten graded, crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre nominal size ) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering for all works up to all floor level including curing and carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:6:12 (one cement: six coarse sand :twelve graded, crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre nominal size ) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering for all works up to all floor level including curing and carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Coursed rubble masonry (second sort) with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth with cement mortar 1:4 (one cement : four coarse sand) including curing and carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying non-pressure pipe NP3 (three) class (medium duty) 900mm (nine hundred millimetre) R.C.C. pipes including collars/ spigot jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (one cement : two coarse sand) including testing of joints etcetera including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying flooring laid over cement concrete bedding complete as per drawing and technical specification. Rubble stone laid in cement mortar 1:3 ( one cement : three coarse sand) including curing and carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of dry rubble masonry for retaining walls, breast walls, revetment walls and parapets etcetera complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Coursed rubble masonry (second sort) with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth with cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : six coarse sand) including curing and carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Stone filling behind retaining wall, abutment, wing wall and return wall including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
