Testing,inspection and rectifying of the defects of non cooling/non achievement of desired temperature by qualified Engineer/technician Refrigerant Mechanic cum electrician for the Central AC Plant of Cap 3X146 TR Make - Carrier and Model-30HXC155A by testing of chiller units,condensors, compressors ,all valves, overload release valves , safety valves , water flow switches ,sensors ,Microprocessor display plates settings , condenser pumps, chiller pumps , cooling tower pumps and motors and electrical panel , electrical control panel , all AHU electrical panel by checking of required water flow, chilled water temperature , checking of refrigerant gas and testing and find out/detect the faults by setting/adjustment and rectify the defects in situ by using required spares and repair jobs and cleaning / normal maintenance to the Plant complete to make the Plant functional in all respect and confirm the desired coolings temperatures in the air conditioned rooms and buildings complete all as directed. Notes : (a) The inspection report must be submitted by the contractor from the Qualified Technician /Engineer of OEM or authorised Rep of the OEM.The report must consist details of inpection and remedial solutions for rectifying the defects. (b) Spare parts and repair jobs of pumps motors are measured separately under relevant items. (c) Docket book must be maintained by the contractor for the jobs carried out during breakdowns attending complaints and rectification of faults. (d) In this job only breakdown faults will be measured as a job. and Minor and other major repairs and periodical and preventive maintenance will be not considered in this job. It will be measured in the respective repair jobs/refixing of spares items of sub part under relevant item of Sch 'A'. (e)The complaint lodged regarding unserviceability of AC plant or non maintaining of desired temperature, must be attended by the qualified technician within 1 hour of complaint lodged and must be rectified on same day and desired temperature, must be achieved. A penalty of 1000 per day will be deducted from the contractor dues if complaints not attended or not rectified.

Taking down electric motor from condenser pump 25 HP /Chiller Pump 20 HP, dismantling and opening of motor 3 phase 440 Volt 50 HZ, for rewinding and overhauling, taking out old burnt copper winding wires cleaning of slots, rewinding of motor with super enamelled coper wire of suiltable size or guage including insulation material applying varnish and drying properly at slow temprature, reassembling the motor after proper greasing of ball bearing, replacing nut bolts with washer and refixing of new connection plate and lugs of cables in the motor complete all as specified and directed

Taking down electric motor from AHU Blower ,dismantling and opening of motor 3 phase 440 Volt 50 HZ, from the plateform cap ranges from 2 HP to 5 HP for rewinding and overhauling, taking out old burnt copper winding wires cleaning of slots, rewinding of motor with super enamelled coper wire of suiltable size or guage including insulation material applying varnish and drying properly at slow temprature, reassembling the motor shafts and windings after proper greasing of ball bearing, replacing nut bolts with washer and refixing the same at existing platform complete all as specified and directed. Note :( Major Spare parts will be measured and paid seaparately under following item)

Taking down Hepa filter from drafts and closure, removing OT light and S&F Hepa filter size 610x202x305mm box type frame-Al,EU13 grade, micron 0.3, efficiency 99.99% & IPD 25mm wg Make Eec (Enviromental Engineering Co) or equivalent recommissioning properly and testing for satisfactory function after replacing the Hepa filter complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old and choked Screen filter without any damage to the assests and S&F screen filter size 900x1000 mm duly fabricated with superior quality of filter cloth suitable for filteration of light as well as refigerated air complete complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing in repair of 'V' belt of sizes A-22 ,A-26 ,A-31, A-40,A-48,A-31, A-64 or any other size and type complete all as specified and directed Make: Fenner/Dunlop

Supply and refilling of carrier synthetic screw compressor oil of Central AC plant model 30 HXC after detection of leakage and low level from the compressor oil sight glass from Compressor/chiller units of Central AC plant and top up to the desired level through oil pump precisely after leakage repair if any and testing the chiller/compressor units for obtaining the desired cooling temperatures complete all as specified and directed. Make: Carrier

Supply and refilling/charging of refrigerant gas R- 134 A to the compressor of Central AC plant after detection of leakage of Refrigerant gas from Compressor/chiller units of Central AC plant and top up to the desired level after flushing with nitrogen and leakage repair if any and testing the chiller units for obtaining the desired cooling temperatures complete all as specified and directed.Make: Floron , Mafron Notes: (i) Day to Day Complaints pertaining to Central AC Plant shall be resolved by the contractor within 24 hrs of getting complaints. In case of failure on the part of contractor to resolve to the complaints within stipulated time, a penalty of Rs 1000 per day per complaint shall be imposed on the contractor. (ii) The contractor or his authorised representative shall report to the concerned JE E/M at 09:00 hours dailly on all working days to receive order/instructions of the work. A register shall be maintained to record all orders & instructions and their complaints and is to be signed by the contractor/his representative and the Engineer-in-charge/JE E/M concerned. (iii) Work done register to be maintained by the contrator and get it signed by JE(E/M)/AGE(E/M) and QM of MH on weekly basis without fail (iv)The Refrigerant gas to the compressors should be charged precisely and accuratley by the professional refrigerant mechanic so that there would be no leakage of gas after charging. In case if there would be any leakage just after the charging then the contractor will be held responsible for the same and refrigerant gas to be recharged again after arresting the leakages without any extra cost/charges on the department.

Note : Tenderers may note that amount of credit Rs 66,170.00 will be deducted from the total amount arrived, at the time of Acceptance of contract.
