Supply, Installation and Commissioning Of Odour Control Misting System at Dhanori Biogas Plant

Functional description:- Misting systems should eradicate foul smell (Dirty Odour) at Dhanori Biogas Plant. Equally effective for use indoors and outdoors. Misting System should disperses an atomised mist that attracts and chemically neutralises odours. • Construction :- Misting systems should consist of a pump with electronic controls, dilution unit (tank), nylon tubing and a set of stainless steel nozzles. The pump is either a standalone unit or bolted to a wall. The pump should have electronic control panel . Connecting a potable water supply to the dilution system facilitates dilution of the reactant (Organic Decomposer). It is then pumped through nylon tubing, atomised and misted into the air through nozzles. • Misting formulation:- All active substances used in the misting systems are made from natural organic compounds and essential culture (Organic Decomposer) should be completely non hazardous (no hazardous ingredients present) , non-toxic, non flammable, non reactive and should be eco friendly. • Optional accessories:- Optional accessories to further customise misting system eg. adjustable dilution unit, other essential plumbing equipements like ASTM pipes, ball valves,non return valves etc. (Note:- For Primary information visit Dhanori Biogas Plant )
