Ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep, with electronic type regulator and accessories 5 star rated and connecting up including provision of cable from ceiling rose to fan, complete all as specified and directed Make- Havels Model No ES-50 Premium or equivalent of Bajaj//Usha

Point wiring for fan with PVC insulated and unsheathed electric cable 1100 volts grade single core FRLS having multi stranded copper conductor of 1.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area drawn in and including concealed non metallic rigid PVC conduit 25mm dia or higher with all fitting and fixing accessories and 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable as continuous earth conductor, connected to earth dolly by providing suitable lugs with & including pressed steel sunken terminal boxes 1.6mm thick, 60mm deep of required size factory made for mounting switch, regulators etc with and including 3mm thick plastic hylam laminated sheet cover (white) ISI marked, fixed with brass screws and cup washers duly painted with two coats of anti corrosive paint/black bituminous paint outside and two coats of aluminium paint inside for mounting switches, sockets etc:- Note:- (i) The quoted rates shall be deemed to be inclusive for cutting chases in wall/pillars/columns etc. of any description for concealing the conduits to required depth & making good the disturbed surface in cement mortar 1:4 including finishing the surface to match with the existing surface. The portion of point wiring at ceiling shall be in surface conduit of suitable size fixed on ceiling surface with using PVC rawl plugs. (ii) Point wiring & earth wire shall be connected to each & every sunken box. (iii) All screws, fasteners, bolts, nuts & washer shall be cadmium plated & the cost of which is deemed to be included in the quoted unit rates.

Ceiling rose, 63.5 mm dia, ISI marked, three terminal of polycarbonate /isolated body complete all as specified and directed

GI pipe light grade ISI marked 40mm bore for cable protection fixed to poles/along wall/floor/under road/across the drain or nallah with calmps, bolts, nuts & washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

MS clamps with 40mmx4mm thick flat iron bant to shape any type having center two holes, nuts and bolts for hanging ceilling fan complete all as specified and directed
