Providing and laying spreading and compacting stone aggregate 63mm to 45mm (Sixty three milimetres to forty five milimetres) specified size to water bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 (Eighty/Hundred) K.N. static Road roller in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming with application of crushable screening at the rate of 0.22 cum ( zero point two two cubic metres) per ten square metres, to fill up the intersitices of course aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading –II 63mm to 45mm (Sixty three milimetres to forty five milimetres) size 75mm (Seventy five milimetres) compacted thickness as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause No. 405 including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental . The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of un-reinforced, (without dowels) plain cement concrete pavement M-30 (M-thirty) (Grade) as per design over a prepared sub base with 43 grade (forty three) cement or any other equivalent as per clause 1501.2.2 conforming to IS:383 maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm, (Twenty five millimetres) mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2cum (Zero point two cubic metres) capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side form work (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick (One hundred twenty five micron )polythene film wedges, steel plates including levelling the form work as per drawing, spreading the concrete with shovel, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrator and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars of appropriate dia near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slab for fourteen days using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical specifications clause 1501, including curing complete, including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental. Providing, laying spreading and compacting by mechanical means stone aggregate/ specified size to water bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 (Eighty/Hundred) K.N. static Road roller in stages to proper grade and camber including applying and brooming stone screening type-B of size 11.2mm (eleven point two milimetres) for Grading-III at the rate of 0.18 cum ( zero point one eight cubic metres) per ten square metres, to fill up the interstices of course aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading –III 53mm to 22.4mm ( fifty three millimetres to twenty two point four millimetres) size 75mm (Seventy Five millimetres) compacted thickness as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications section 400 including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental . The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying with BITUMEN emulsion (SS-1) on the prepared surface of granular base after and including cleaning of road surface with Hydraulic brooms and spraying primer with bitumen emulsion pressure distributer at the rate of 0.85 kg (zero point eight five kilograme) per square metre using mechanical means as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications section 500 as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental . The rate is including octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying with bitumen emulsion (RS-I) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.275 kgs. (Zero decimal two seven five kilogrammes) per square metre on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broom as per MORD technical specification 500, as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate is including octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20mm ( twenty millimeter) compacted thickness, composed of 13.2mm ( thirteen decimal two millimeter) to 5.6mm ( five decimal six millimeter) aggregate at the rate of 0.27 cubic metre (Zero point two seven cubic metre) mixed with Bitumen VG-10 (Viscosity grade- ten) at the rate 14.60 Kilograme (fourteen point six zero kilograme) per ten square metre of road surface to the required line grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing and heating binder and aggregate in Hot Mix Plant of 30/40 (Thirty / Forty) tonne per hour capacity, transporting mixed material with tipper and laying with paver finisher to the required grade and camber and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 (Eighty-Hundred) KN static road roller finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat complete as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications section 500 as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer – in- Charge excluding the cost of tack coat and seal coat including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental . The rate is including octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying seal coat type-B for sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified level, grade and cross falls using 0.06 ( zero point zero six) cubic metre of fine aggregate per 10 Sqm. ( Ten square metre) premixed with VG-10 (Viscosity grade ten) bitumen binder at the rate of 6.80 kg (six point eight zero kilograme) per ten square metre of road surface heated in Hot Mix plant and laying/ mannualy of mixed material and rolling with Three Wheel road roller 8-10 ( eight to ten) tonne capacity) as per MORD technical specification section 500 and as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material labour and equipment required to execute the work to the site of work complete in all respect The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, or other taxes imposed by the Government.
