Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in foundation and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing reinforced cement concrete type B-l, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing, average sectional area exc 250 sq. cm n exc 400 sqm, with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops as directed and fixed as RCC post for fencing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over "Corrosion Resistant Steel" cut to length bent to shape reqd including cranking bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No.06 above but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binder complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC coated chain link fencing ( mesh 50 mm x 50 mm size) nominal dia of wire 5 mm ( including pvc coating ) fixed to fencing posts using suitable bolts and nuts (nuts and bolts shall be measured seperately), the weight of fencing should not be less than 4.5 kg/sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for G 90 grade GI flats, round bars, nuts and bolts etc any sections required to fix chainlink fencing on to concrete posts of approved sections and approved shape including bending hooking etc and approved dia and thickness complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling existing boards and wall lining of any description and any material along with fillets and all other fixing arrangements and making good to surfaces with cement mortar 1:4 and levelling the wall surfaces to receive new wall lining complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F aluminium tubular sections fixed on to plastered or RCC wall surfaces using SS screws. The aluminium sections should be straight in both horizontal or vertical directions even if any undulations are there on wall, plastering or chipping of surfaces shall be done to attain the verticality and horizontality of wall lining without any extra cost to department complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F aluminium composite panel of 4 mm thick and VA 547 teak rustic shade of viva or equivalent models in approved manufacturers fixed over aluminium sections after rebating as directed and filling the joints with clear silicon or keeping a joint gap of 5 to 10 mm and filling that gap with epoxy of approved colour complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, landings aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for vitrified coloured ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/ rectangular), light shade polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in flooring fixed with 4 mm divider and filling the joints completely with epoxy set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match of light shade including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for vitrified coloured ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/ rectangular), light shade polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in dado/ skirting placed with 4 mm divider and filling the entire joint by epoxy, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match of light shade including 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for scrapping down existing treatment and applying plaster of paris putty of 1 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth and applying two coats of distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for powder coated anodised aluminium frame and shutters for doors, windows, ventilators, partitions with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 4 mm thick ACP sheet fixed with screws to aluminium frame work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 5.5 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in squares exc 0.5 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or on the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 25 mm dia stainless steel curtain rods L shape to fecilitate covering of bed using curtains and fixed to wall, adjacent curtain rod and ceiling with SS flat, plate and screws. The length of each curtain rod should be enough to cover the 2 sides of hospital bed, approximate length will be 3 to 4 mts for each curtain rods complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for color code point wiring FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with 1.5 sqmm copper conductor single core multistandred 1100 volt grade conforming to IS 694 drawn through rigid concealed PVC conduit of suitable size not less than 20mm dia medium grade, concealed as per site requirement with suitable size modular metal flush box fitted with modular cover plate with frame (inner/ outer plate) for mounting switches or sockets regulators etc including FRLS 1.5 sqmm earth wire copper insulated wire connected to common earth dolly including making good the existing disturbed surface using wall putty and matching colour emulsion paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge for the following:- (a) One light/ fan point controlled by one switch. Note:- (i) Necessary PVC rigid junction boxes for identifying junction as required on site/directed by Engineer in charge for point wiring work with PVC dummy plates shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) Same size wire shall be used for phase, neutral and earth conductor. (iii) The wiring shall be done strictly by following proper colour coding using red , blue, yellow for phase, black for neutral and green for earth leads.

M&L for sub main wiring using 2 runs of 2.5 sq mm FRLS, IS 694 PVC insulated copper conductor 1100 Volts grade conforming to IS specification drawn through and including concealed PVC conduit of suitable size not less than 20 mm dia medium grade along with 1 run of 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor FRLS cable as earth lead connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified, including making good the existing disturbed surface using wall putty and matching colour emulsion paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes:- (i) One run of PVC conduit alongwith 3 runs of respective size of PVC insulated copper conductor cable with necessary accessories will be measured as one unit. (ii) Strictly follow the proper colour code red/yellow/blue for phase,black for neutral and green for earth. (iii) Necessary PVC rigid junction boxes for identifying junction as required on site/directed by Engr-in-charge for point wiring work with PVC dummy plates shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
