Supply and errection of suspension clamps for ABC cable as per NFC standard.

Supply and errection of dead end clamps for ABC cable as per NFC standard.

Insulated crimping midspan Joint as per NFC std

Supplying with fitting and fixing 25KA 415V 50Hz 4P MCCB (Ics=Icu, adjustable Ir setting 0.7) with ss enclosure of the following capacity complete with making necessary connection as approved, specified and directed by the deptt.25 KA 415V 50 Hz 4P MCCB (Schneider, legrand, Siemens, Indo Asian make) 63A with enclosure

Supply, installation & testing of G.I. Plate earth station with 600 mmx600 mmx6 mm heavy duty G.I. earth plate with necessary 40 mm dia. G.I. watering pipe with G.I. Fittings such as Socket, Tee, elbow, nipple and 50 mmx40 mm G.I. reducing socket for funnel including locking arrangement with 300 mmx300 mmx6 mm hinged cover C.I. cover plate complete with digging of earth pit, construction of brick chamber and plastering of both inner & outer surface of wall as specified and directed by the deptt .

Supplying & laying of 32x6 mm size G.I. strips drawn on surface from earth electrode to Electrical switch gears, machineries etc complete with supply of G.I. nuts & bolts, screws etc including riveting, soldering & making necessary connection as approved, specified and directed by the deptt.

LT pole painting of 8.5 mtr pole , LT channels, crossarm, clamps complete with required sracping and sand papering of the pole surface and applying two coats of approved paint as directed by deptt.

1:2:4 CC works for existing MS pole base mufllering of size (2ftx2ftx3ft) complete as directed by the department.

Supplying and fitting fixing of galvanised channel LT extension bracket of 75 mm x 40 mm x 65 x 5000 mm long complete with clamps ,blots, nuts etc. as required and as directed by the department.

Supplying and erection of L.T. Pin insulators with G.I. pin complete with blots and nuts coach screw etc. as required and as directed by the department.

Supplying and erection of L.T. Shackle insulators with shackle strap complete with blots and nuts coach screw etc. as required and as directed by the department.

Supplying and erection PSC pole 8.5 metre long, the pole is to be erection in 1:2:3 plain cement concrete foundation of size 1.50 m x 0.45 m x 0.45m having P.C.C base foundation 15 cm x 60 cm x 60cm including edge brick soiling and plastering above G.L. portion (0.30 metre complete with excavation of earth, handling of Surplus Soil, debris etc. to the proper place and refilling etc. as specified and as directed by the department.

Supplying and erection of L.T. stay set complete (Galvanize with 19mm dia x1.8m long stay rod anchor plate of size 30cm x 30cm x 6.4 mm thimble stay clamps tube buckle (19mmx 60c 7/14 SWG dia G.I stay and strain insulation etc. in cement concrete 1:3:6:(1Cement:3Course sand:6graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required and as directed by the department.

Supplying and fitting fixing of galvanised L.T. T cross arm complete with clamps ,blots, nuts etc. as required and as directed by the department.

Supplying and string up AAAC Rabbit conductor circuit in the existing P.S.C./ M.S/ Galvanized pole with binding etc. as required and as directed by the department.

Supplying with fitting and fixing 4P 415V Front handle operated On Load Change over switch (IP-20) and cu-bus bar for connection re-arrangement and preventing phase overload of existing DG set protection The powder painted sheet steel enclosure fitted on angle iron frame of the following capacity complete with making necessary connection as approved, specified and directed by the deptt. 200A

Supply and laying of following size PVC/XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed 1.1 KV G Solid Aluminium conductor up to 10 sq mm balance stranded conductor, XLPE Insulated, cores laid up, PVC tape inner sheathed, Armour complete handling of surplus spoil, debris et to proper place as specified and directed by the deptt.
