M & L for repair to pot holes of any depth, not exc. 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc. cutting around edges to at least 30mm in depth (depth of potholes exc 30mm), making good by applying tack coat using paving bitumen VG-30 @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm putting in premix bituminous macadam carpet well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8Kg per 10 Sqm, binded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) complete all as directed.

Scarifying or picking graveled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exc 400 sqm and not exc 50 mm deep for repairing road cuts & broken edges of road complete all as specified & directed

M&L for Soling (or sub base) 150 mm spread thickness with broken boulders or quarried stones interstices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

ML for 7.5 cm thick (compact thickness) WBM with granite, basalt coarse aggregates of of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or grading 3 (50 to 20mm size) spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient materials and camber required for reparing roads cuts and broken edges of roads complete all as specified and as directed

M&L preparation of unsurfaced WBM surfaces by brooming with wire brushes for removing any caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags or by air compressor to remove all loose dust/ dirt and applying evenly a tack coat with paving bitumen of grade VG-30 @ 10kg per 10Sqm complete all as specified & directed

Material and labour for premix bituminous macadam using paving bitumen binder (VG-30) 4% by weight of total mix rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber of consolidated thickness 75mm or less with power roller 8 to 12 tonne capacity power vibrator roller and rolled to a uniform smooth surface (any consolidated thickness) complete all as specified and directed. Note: For design purpose minimum binder content shall be as described i.e. 4% for VG-30 grade bitumen and it shall not be less than the binder content as described under any circumstances. During design stage if binder content exceeds 4% in that case no extra payment shall be entertained to contractor for excess use of binder.

Preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally clean the surface with air compressor to remove loose dirts etc.and finally applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen @ 5 Kg per 10 Sq.m using paving bitumen VG-30 complete all as specified

M&L bituminous premixed semi-dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content using paving bitumen of grade VG 30 penetration by weight of total mix laid using mechanical paver, rolled and compacted by using power vibrator roller 8 to 12 tonne capacity to required camber and gradient complete all as specified.

M&L for Road marking lines, dashes, arrow etc, on road of any description 2mm thick with thermoplastic paint hot applied with machine conforming to BS 3262 and according to specification laid down by IRC & MST (Ministry of surface trasport) specification 2001 (4th revision) complete all as specified and directed. Paint material like Shivalik, Ashian etc as per IS:164 Grade-I

S&F Road stud (Cat Eye) as per IRC-67 aluminium alloy die casted dynamically designed very high impact strength and fitted with 2 Nos. highly reflactive reflactors & 2 Nos. eye ball each on boah side including adhesive solution on the pavement complete all as directed. Make: Sinor Infrastructure Cat No. DA-971 or equivalent model approved by GE.

S&F solar charging road stud (cat eye) made from aluminium alloy of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm with blinker facility including adhesive solution on the pavement complete all as directed. Make: Dhruv Dark Eye Model No. DA110 or equivalent model approved by GE.

M&L broken stone or boulders hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface.

M&L factory made pre cast PCC 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20 mm graded granite aggregate) as in block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.

M&L RCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers lintels over 1.5m span complete all as directed.. Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. flat rough finished surface all as specified.

S&F fibre glass reinforced plastic (FRP) door frames of three legged of cross section 90mm x 45 mm having single rebate 32mm x 15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness. The laminate door frame moulded with fire retardant grade unsaturated polyster resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate of 2 mm thick and filled with suitable wooden block in all three legs. The frame shall be covered with fibre glass from all sides. Mild steel stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame complete all as directed.

S&F 30 mm thick fibre glass reinforced plastic (FRP) paneled door shutter made with fire retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin moulded to 3 mm thick FRP laminated for forming hollow rails and styles with wooden frame and suitable blocks of seasoned wood inside at required places for fixing of fittings cast monolithically with 5 mm thick FRP laminated for panels complete all as directed.

S&F 12 mm thick toughened glass door shutters (area of each shutter exc 1.5 sqm but n. exc 3 sqm ) provided with 2 Nos stainless steel brackets for fixing each shutter, 2 Nos 25 mm dia stainless steel handles 600 mm long of approved design, locking arrangements including floor spring, cutting/drilling holes as required for fixing all fixtures complete all as directed. Make: Ozone / Doma or equivalent as approved.

S&F 150 mm long aluminium, anodised, barrel tower bolt (ISI marked) of extruded section and fixed.

S&F 100 mm size butt hinges stainless steel (ISI Marked), medium weight approved.

S&F 10mm thick decorative designer type pre-painted Non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid/inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium framework with screws of minimum size 600x600mm as in ceiling. (Note : Existing E/M fitting and wiring in ceiling if any will be taken down carefully and re-fixing in same position, after completion of ceiling work without no extra cost to Govt.)

M & L for 75 mm thick plain cement conctere 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection/ path etc. finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40 mm graded crushed granite stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring/ hard standing finished fair and even complete all as specified.

M&L double charged vitrified ceramic tiles in light shade of size 600x600x10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, in floors etc. tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1 :6 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match fixed in floor and wall surfaces complete all directed.

M&L glazed ceramic designer tiles any shade or pattern as approved of size 600x300x7-8 mm thick, on verticals surfaces, set and jointed in neat cement slurry including 10 mm thick back coat in CM 1:4 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all directed. (Note for item No 31 & 32 : i) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cement screed/ back coat. ii) Colour of tiles shall be got appproved before incorporation in the work)

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work/ block masonry or concrete surface in cement morter 1:4 surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as directed..
